The repair was made. Bradley was very knowledgeable he explained everything he needed to do to complete the job. He was professional and very pleasant.

Service was terrible. Serviceman tried and tried to sell us a new disposal, told us a small part was the problem, looked on his phone briefly to find the part, couldn't find it, told us if we can find one he will come back and put it in. Another plumber came out, put a snake in the pipes, and fixed it. We will never call Waterworks again.

350$ is super high. Never received call after to review the high cost.

Very well! Tech came at scheduled time .He wore a mask entire time. Professional. We were impressed. Cost did not seem cheap or outrageously expensive.

They came out twice as the issue was not completely resolved. Both times they were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They explained what they were doing and why.

Excellent scheduling, however, labor price for brief Half hour plumbing job was significantly more than the entire 2 hour rebuild of the waste drain by another plumbing service.

i have been using Waterworks for over TWENTY years now at both of the houses i have lived in... (and Comfortworks for a long time now as well) and they are the BEST... this was my first time calling them back for my annual plumbing line service contract and it was totally my fault that i was late two months past it's expiration when i had a problem again... but they still honored the contract and saved me a LOT of money which i don't have right now... thank you Anne and thanks to my superhero, Matt who came out once again and cleared up the problem... i am very appreciative and grateful... if you need a plumber or HVAC service, these are the folks to call! thank you so much again!!

everything went smoothely: scheduling appointment, notification of technicians arrival, arrival of technician. he fixed the faucet and was going to drain into sump...i told it was not working so he fixed that too. he was quick and did a super job. would definitely call them again.

Excellent. Fixed the handle that others could not. Very professional and friendly. Refused to give up. As a result we did not have to get a whole new kitchen faucet!

I asked for a repair visit and no one ever called

Arthur showed up at 1 am, quickly diagnosed the problem and got the fix started by making one of the sumps operational again. He came back the next day and quickly got the other pump and the water heater going again. The Waterworks are my go to people for plumbing and techs like Arthur are a big reason why.

Kevin did an excellent job replacing my old original toilet. He showed me the damage the old toilet did to my floor. But was able to get the new one in place. He cleaned up and was very nice. I will use him again for my next plumbing job! 5 stars!

Excellent response time and service. The Waterworks scheduled a next day installation. Peter did a fantastic job and kept us updated on the progress of his work. A++ rating!!

Waterworks had excellent customer service in scheduling same day service. Chris, the technician arrived on time, was polite and determined the cause quickly. He cleaned, flushed and videoed the sewer line. Chris provided thorough explanation of where the issue was located. I definitely would turn to Waterworks again.

I would like to share my experience because it’s critical to people’s safety. Back in February we had a new water heater installed by waterworks. We are selling our home and had an inspection done today. The company doing the inspection alerted our realtor that there are TWO gas leaks at our water heater that need taken care of immediately because it’s obviously unsafe. I called waterworks to get someone out today to fix this issue. The woman I spoke to was Amy- she first of all wanted to send the original man (Mick) to fix this. I said absolutely not because he didn’t install it correctly the first time so how could we trust he would fix it right. When I asked for someone else Amy became nasty, rude, and unprofessional. She then tried to act like our gas leaks couldn’t POSSIBLY be from her company’s installation. She then lied and said that she had a permit from the city stating the water heater was installed correctly- the city never came to check on their work so that’s an outright lie. I had to ask repeatedly for her name and her boss’ name and she refused to do so. She then threatened me by stating her phone call was recorded and I was being unreasonable. About an hour ago we spoke to Amanda plumbing who sent someone out to our house immediately because it’s a serious issue. Their supervisor stated that the fitting at the water heater and manifold are both leaking gas and it’s going to take him about 2 hours to remove the fittings and install them properly. I have the invoice to prove this. So, like I stated to AMY from the beginning the gas leaks are from incorrect installation by waterworks. I am extremely upset from my conversation with Her as she clearly did not care that there was a major safety issue due to waterworks installation. I am hoping that the owner will contact me to rectify this major safety hazard and situation. Additionally, Amy’s customer service is horrific and needs to be addressed immediately. The technician should also be held accountable for his poor and dangerous installation practices. For you and your family’s safety please do not use waterworks. They do not care about putting your family in dangerous situations. If I do not hear anything today I will be in contact with Waterworks corporate office tomorrow 6/15

Setting my appointment was easy and quick. The technician, Keith, was friendly, professional, and did a great job! He replaced my kitchen faucet with one I purchased ahead of time and was able to repair my tub faucet.

The technician arrived when expected and had his mask on. He was polite and explained exactly what the problem was with both drains. He was able to unclog one of the drains but the other was too damaged. Clay tiles are broken and drains very slowly.

Job required digging up part of my walkway but the serviceman was very neat and careful as to not do too much damage. He was very informative, polite, and did a great job.

Water Works won't be here until tomorrow, Sat, 5/30/20. Plumber was here and worked on sewer Sat. Needed more equipment. Will be back after he gets equipment. Plumber worked very hard to open sewer. Worked yesterday and today. Sewer was opened and fluid is flowing again. We were very please with the plumber and his work.

Great (so far!). The tech, Bradley, assessed the situation and had to leave to get the pump. He came back and replaced it in no time. Going to rain hard this afternoon so we'll see how it works!

Service was professional and the Technician gave me advice for maintaining my AC throughout the summer. I was surprised at the price, only $89 for the complete service call.

Very good. Tech was very knowledgeable. Took some time everything was hidden behind the walls. He made 4 holes In the ceiling; but how can i be mad, he found the leak and fixed the problem.
