Needed to buy tool and get help to remove old kitchen faucet. took all day but overall am pleased with the result

Competent plumbers. Price varies. Seems like you get charged for going back to the shop to get the part. Dispatchers are good. They show up on time.

Late Monday night a water pipe started leaking and I needed someone to come out. I remembered the company from a radio ad so called. The customer service rep was great and was able to have someone come out right away. The tech that arrived was friendly, and professional. He did a great job on fixing the problem and told me about problems that he saw coming based on assessment of the pipes in my basement. I don't feel that he was trying to upsell me at all. Overall I was very pleased with all aspects of the transaction, the staff, the tech and the quality of the work. However, I think the pricing was a bit excessive, but, it was after hours so maybe that had something to do with it. I paid the price because I needed the valve replaced immediately. I would definitely keep them in mind for my next plumbing need, but if it is not an emergency, I will probably shop around for better prices.

Chris (an excellent tech) snaked the pipe and found a shrub root had breached the pipe. He dug up a small area and replaced the pipe.

Outstanding. Brandon saved the day. I had many questions and he was patient and answered them all. Giving me the best deal, I felt I was treated like a respected customer. I used them in the past and am grateful I chose to use them again.

Keith Crook (the plumber/technician) was superb. He knew exactly what to do at every step, left me detailed notes of his work but also left detailed notes for my contractors that were continuing the shower remodel later that afternoon. In addition, he was very friendly and left my place without creating a mess. I will be asking for him in the future. Waterworks always continues to earn my trust with positive interactions at every step - their employees are always professional, well trained, and fully resolve any issues that I'm having.

They are good. I found them in the phone book. I called them up and they gave me the best price, they even gave me a better price after they got finished with the job.

I'd give them all "A's" down the line. I would use them again.

Work was done appropriately. The charges were outrageous. The company changed over $200 labor to install an $8.00 flapper that takes 10 minutes to install. The company was notified that bill was out of line with no response. Their charges are excessive and no response was obtained after complained lodged even though a phone call was promised on Aug 12.

Dealing with Waterworks was a total waste of our time and money. Plumber walked into our house without even knocking on door. He looked at our sump pump less than 30 seconds; told us it was "working now" and there was nothing he could do. This was on a Sunday, so we paid $190 for absolutely nothing. When I asked for his advice or help, since we were paying him, and we were standing in water, while the servpro professionals hauled away our ruined carpet, he stated that we paid $190 "only to get him to our door." He was rude and unprofessional from start to finish. When I called the office the following day to complain, I was only given a return message where they justified his behavior and offered no further assistance. I returned their call and left a message, only to never hear from them again. Awful- would never use this company again.

Fine, arrived on time and finished job in less time than estimated.

Happy with service, also please with price because of a coupon from Angies' List. Work was done by one worker and the area was left clean.

I scheduled an appt for a water heater replacement. The repairman arrived as scheduled (ahead actually as they were running ahead, and had me up and running with a new water heater in just a few hours. He also explained some details of the new unit to me, and was very professional. I will definitely use them again.

I am always extremely happy with the service I receive from The Waterworks. I am always given a time window for my appointment and I have found that they are very accommodating to my schedule with several window options. Several times I have rec'd a call from the office prior to my appointment advising there is a technician in my area and would it be okay with me for them to arrive a few minutes early. The technicians I have had have always been very prompt and professional. I am always very happy with the service I receive and the problem is almost always quickly resolved. In my rare experience where something cannot be immediately repaired (we had a downspout pipe that was completely broken under our drive) they are wonderful to work with to resolve the issue as quickly and easily as possible. I have very high anxiety, especially with any water issues, and this company always answers my many questions politely, clearly and without judgement. I feel that the technicians I have encountered are extremely knowledgeable and always very friendly and kind. It can be a stressful experience for a homeowner to have to deal with a flooded basement or something similar, so I really appreciate having a company available that can efficiently fix the issue while being friendly and sympathetic to the problem. It really puts my mind at ease. I wish I rec'd this kind of service from all the companies I have to contact for my home. Very grateful for The Waterworks.

The problem was resolved but the price was expensive.

They came out on a Sunday. I was trying to do something and had water going everywhere. We had to shut the water off and call somebody. They came out and installed a new shower faucet. I know we have used them a couple of times.

They were earlier for the first appointment than I had anticipated and I missed their original call. When I called back, they promptly rescheduled and fit me back in and we got the service done that day. The technicians were courteous and knowledgeable.

He was very professional and did a great job!

I was happy with the work they did. The thing that was an afterthought for me (the disposal) turned out to be the most expensive (over half the total cost). Waterworks redid the plumbing underneath my sink which has two large sinks and a small narrow sink in the middle. They advised that it was done incorrectly and that food was sitting in a pipe near the disposal instead of moving out as it should. The disposal still doesn't work great, but I think that's an issue with the actual disposal, not the plumbing. It works way better than it did previously. I was also happy that they were able to fix the water main shutoff issue without needing to replace any of the outside line. Overall, it was a good experience.

They ended up putting in a vent for the water heater. The water heater kept going out, and going out and going out. The pilot light kept getting blown out, it was one of those whirlpool units. They did have to replace the pilot for me, but they also replaced the stack on the roof the vent with a different kind of cap in order to keep that pilot light from blowing out anymore.

Fixed immediately....They were a little late showing up but it was completely understandable because we had huge rains in the city. Such great service! They called and advised me of the arrival time. Called them yesterday and they showed up today. Great guy...great office staff!

Casey worked around our house sitters schedule and was able to install a new water heater communicating with us every step of the way long distance. With the tankless unit we converted from an electric unit to gas, so they had to put in a gas line . Casey spoke to us after the job was done and sent us pictures of the work to our cell phone. The guys cleaned up after themselves and moved the old water heater as close to the stairs as they could for the haulers. Upon our return home, we contacted College Hunks Hauling Junk and they were able to remove it along with some other misc items for $225.

They did great work. Their responsiveness was very good, they were very punctual. They were very professional. It was great, I'd recommend them. He was done in 30-45 minutes. He added a cutoff valve inside. He went above and beyond.
