Incredibly overpriced for a simple toilet replacement. Original worker had to come back the next day with a helper because he didn't know how to complete the project. I would never use these people again.

Andre, was very professional and we have used him in the past from Waterworks. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a price. We agreed and snaked the drain outlet removing the gunk clogging up our sinks.

The young man arrived promptly. He was very courteous. He quickly fixed the clogged drain and had the plumbing back in working order.

We called yo get a second opinion. Rotorooter told us it would be 5k-7k. Waterworks cane out did the initial clean, told us what we really needed( no need to dig up front yard) what they will do will be $1,300. Much better than $5000 or $7000

Not good. 1st plumber showed up late and then couldn't finish the job because he ran out of line. He then called a 2nd plumber who had trouble finding our house and the price doubled because we now had to pay 2 plumbers for 2 more hours of work. Total time was approximately 4 hours and final bill was $463. - nearly 2x the original estimate.

Better than expected. While it was an investment it was very much needed and we cannot bargain with our goods in the basement due to flooding. This past weekend we got lucky. My husband loved Mick's professionalism and efficiency. We are more than pleased and feel safe having used the Water Works. Alwasy been a huge fan and still are as of yesterday. Thanks Mick!

Anne, the CSR, was very polite and helpful when I called. Since it was a Sunday, she explained the weekend service charges and gave me pricing if I could wait until Monday. Chris C. was my tech. He was also very polite and professional. He quickly fixed the problem and did a great job explaining to me what the issue was

Getting scheduled was easy, and the communication was excellent. They let me know when the plumber would be there and he arrived during the window given. The plumber diagnosed the problem as a leaky valve but he did not have a compatible one with him. He tried to reassemble the existing valve and reinstall it but at that point it leaked noticeably and that was not going to be a viable option. That left two options, a remanufactured valve or a replacement valve, and I decided on a remanufactured valve. Within a couple of days, the plumber followed up to let me know that a remanufactured valve was not available, so I scheduled an appointment to have the valve replaced. Unfortunately, this would require going in through the wall of the adjacent bedroom. Again, good communication and on-time arrival. There was a standard kit and no options available other than the handle. For cosmetic reasons, I would have preferred to purchase a new assembly of my choosing, but understand why that was not an option. When the installation was finished and everything was put back together, the shower still did not operate fully and it was apparent that the diverter had been a major factor of the problem and that was replaced. Between the new diverter and getting a 20-year-old valve replaced with a more robust one, the shower was performing much better than before. I did have the plumber return to inspect one of the new solder joints (again, good communication and on-time arrival) and all ended well.

Keith C. performed the annual cleaning on our tankless water heater. He did a wonderful job.

They came out right away, did a good job, but it was just a little expensive for the job that it was.

Waterworks was able to schedule someone to come the next morning. I got a call about 20 minutes ahead of arrival time. The man who came was so helpful! He made sure all the connections were tight and there was no leakage. He assured me that the basement looked ok as well, probably just stained. I was prepared to pay for the visit although it was under an hour, and I was stunned that I was charged nothing.

The tech from waterworks determined the source of a leak, repaired the leak by installing and properly caulking a new shower head, and installed a new toilet. It was a great experience from start to finish.

As expected and the plumbers were friendly.

Our water heater stopped working on a Friday afternoon. Waterworks was able to come out within a few hours and assess the situation. Because of the timing headed into the weekend, we decided to go with Waterworks rather than get other bids; however, I purchased the water heater myself, saving a significant amount of money. The plumber needed to go to the warehouse and pick up supplies. He said he'd be back within 45 minutes. 2.5 hours later, he was back with everything for the job. (on the clock for $100/hr the entire time). The job was done that day and we paid significantly for the convenience. However, I felt very much taken for a ride and would not hire Waterworks in the future.

I had a clogged bath and sink drain and replaced trap in sink. Response time was great and the tech was very good, prompt and professional. Overall very good service just expensive.

The technician was great, very professional and friendly. Did not upsale additional work and finished everything quickly and at a good price. Good price and much more trustworthy than a couple of other companies that also gave me a quote.

David's work was fantastic. We discussed options and when with the total removal. I would definitely hire again.

Dave came out, was polite and professional, and did an outstanding job. I was also very happy that my call was answered by a person when I called on a Sunday. I was able to be scheduled for the next day. I will use The Waterworks for any further needs. Price was very reasonable with the coupon.

Ryan W. went out of his way to make sure everything was done well. We really appreciate his help. He was respectful of our home (careful bringing equipment through the door and down the stairs), informative and thorough. He took the time to make sure the job was done right.

It was about $180. They came promptly and did exactly what we needed. We actually used them for previous projects and a number of times.
