This is the second time i've hired the Louver Shop, and once again they provided a great product and service. They sell top-notch shutters which were expertly measured, manufactured, and installed.

Charlie was so prompt in coming over for measurements and helped with suggestions. He took time to answer my questions and assuaged my concerns. Jenni, his wife, contacted me as soon as the product was finished and in. Charlie was prompt and efficient in putting the shutters up. So clean and tidy with the installation, nothing was left in disarray.

I had a very good experience with Hunter Douglas shades for over 20 years and needed new shades for a whole house remodel. I got bids from 5 vendors including 2 for Hunter Douglas shades. The Louver Shop had the best price and it was for Hunter Douglas shades and their guidance was spot on and I didn't get a big sales pitch. The install went very smooth and we are now enjoying our new shades. I would do business with them again and would highly recommend them!

Charlie was very informative in showing me the various options for my rooms with cost consideration. Jennie was great following up with emails about appointments. Charlie was on time for the appointments. Blinds were ordered, arrived in 2 weeks, and installed immediately. I've had them back for a second job already, and would do so again.

I can't tell you how pleased I am. Charlie was among 5 people I had come for an estimate. I knew exactly what I wanted, and I knew the challenges my windows have. I have had plantation shutters installed in my home in the last 4 states I have lived in so I knew from the start when someone was just telling me what I wanted to hear. He confidently assured me that his company could make the shutters to my specifications without any need of "recreating" trim or yet take the window molding off (these are brand new windows)as one representative wanted me to do. That is where his company sets themselves apart from the others. They CUSTOM make their shutters. Yes, the others claim to be "custom" made because they measure your window, but they do not have the capabilities to allow for some of the idiosyncrasies that a window can have (ie the crank for casement windows) I didn't have to pick from paint chip samples they could easily take my paint and have them match perfectly for a mere cost. They were finished and delivered just as speculated and they're beautiful. Best of all they are made in the USA!!!!!!!!!! Another thing someone had told me: to be prepared that shutters in Ohio will be much more expensive than the last ones I had made in Texas. Well, I was pleasantly surprised at the cost and The Louver Shop was the best bid by far. The company came recommended before I even checked Angie's List as friends had used them for other window treatments, so I would highly recommend them for any other services.

THIS IS A TERRIFIC COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. FROM INITIAL PHONE CALL TO FINAL INSTALLATION, EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY. I ORDERED A LOUVER SIZE THAT IS NOT AS POPULAR (1 3/4''), SO THE SHUTTERS ARRIVED IN ONLY SIX WEEKS INSTEAD OF THE ESTIMATED TWELVE. ONE SET OF SHUTTERS WERE DEFECTIVE AND HAD TO BE REPLACED, BUT THE TURN AROUND TIME ONLY TOOK FIVE WEEKS. THE PRICING IS UNBEATABLE. MANY OTHER CUSTOM SHUTTERS COST TWICE THE PRICE AND YOU HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL FOR INSTALLATION. EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED. YOU DO HAVE TO PAY A 3 1/2% DELIVERY CHARGE, BUT WITH THE SAVINGS IT'S WORTH IT. I WISH ALL COMPANIES WERE THIS PROFESSIONAL.

THEY TAKE AWHILE TO GET THE WORK DONE BUT THEY ARE PROBABLY THE MOST REASONABLY PRICED. I AM HAVING THEM BACK TO DO MY BAY WINDOW. THEY ARE BASED OUT OF GEORGIA BUT HAVE AN OFFICE HERE. EVERYTHING IS CUSTOM ORDERED.
