He came the same day I called him. I thought he was very professional, flexible, was able to fix my ancient garage door opener and resolve the multiple problems it had. Did a great job! My suggestion - He should change answering machine message so it sounds more professional and upbeat. Thank you Service Magic for getting good people!

He was on time and had the job done in a half hour. He replaced the torsion spring and also tightened all bolts and oiled all the moving parts. He did an excellent job.

James was accessible, we had a problem with the door a day or two before he was to replace the door. He came to our rescue in a timely manner, and did not overcharge for the emergency repair. Overall, I think he is fair, neat and fast. And is capable of doing large or small projects.

James responded quickly and was very well priced. I noticed a couple things after he left that I wish were brought to my attention - one of the cables was damamged and frayed which will result in another service call and the bent bottom panel he repaired does not completely seal along the sides.

I watched the entire repair process and James was fast, accurate, and he tested his work to ensure proper results.
