James showed up,ascertained said repair and immediately began to work. From start to finish was one hour; that is excellent time for said repair. The price quoted remained the same! He responded to the need and also made some adjustments beyond the need. My only request would be for him to give approximate cost prior to job completion. While the cost was reasonable it would have been better to be made aware prior.
