James called me while I was still on the phone with Servicemagic. He gave me an estimiate time of arrival, and called when he was running late. He gave an estimate upon arrival, and was friendly and courteous.

Kept me updated about his schedule. Did the work quickly and efficiently and for the best price. He did not charge extra for it being a holiday, as all his competitors wanted to do. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Did what he said, came out on a holiday weekend, fixed problem, extreamily fair price!!

The garage door guy replaced a broken spring on our garage door. He was professional and efficient. He called the morning of the appointment to give a better time of arrival, and arrived at that time. The cost was what he quoted and he made some minor adjustments without additional cost. I would highly recommend him.
