I am not a person who enjoys putting "all 5's" for reviews. That being said, I had no choice here - the service was top notch, FAST, and imbued with professionalism. James, the owner of the company, was the person who did my new garage door opener and garage door. One thing that I especially liked was how James would always put his tools away when he was done using them. It screamed, "I've been doing this for a while, I'm fast at it, and I'm good at it." I asked a lot of questions while he was installing the door and he answered them all without making me feel like an idiot. Very happy that I chose The Garage Door Guy for my needs - would recommend to everyone!

James was very professional in manner and appearance. He called to let me know when he was on his way and arrived before his estimated time. He performed the work in a timely manner. After the work was done, I told him another company came out this morning to give me an estimate to replace the springs. My quote from the other company was over $600. He was shocked and said he couldn't believe someone would over charge. I give him a high recommendation. It is so nice to partner with someone who is honest in their business dealings. God will continue to bless him and his business for being honest.

Very professional and reasonably priced. James also reprogrammed another garage door opener, keypad and corrected the installation of the garage door opener. The garage door opener install was done by another company and it wasn't done correctly. He did more than what I hired him for and I'd recommend him based on my excellent experience. He was also prompt which is important to me.

Arrived on time and immediately went to fixing the problem. No big deal to him, an easy fix. But a major problem to me since my door wasn't opening or closing properly. In just a few minutes the problem was fixed. I'll currently turn to them for any future problems with my garage door.
