James Almond, of The Garage Door Guy, LLC, called me almost immediately after I submitted my request, and offered to come out that same evening. He installed two new spings, oiled and check the tracks, and ran the door to make sure all was functioning properly. His manner was very professional, and it was a pleasure to have him do the work. I would definitely recommend this company.

They said they would be there between 9:30-10:30am no call no until 11:00 saying they wouldn't make it until 11:30. It would have been nice to know with in the promised arrival time that they were running late would have been able to get a few things done during that time instead of waiting.
