Service guy James arrived in less than an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the problem and how to resolve it. The job was completed in less than 60 minutes and cost less than $150. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Fantastic service. They responded almost immediately to my request and scheduled me the next day. They showed up and replaced the brokens springs on my garage door in about an hour. Very fast and very professional, great work.

Excellent all around. If I could give him 6 stars I would. He installed a new tension spring and gave a 10 year warranty. Pretty amazing considering the old one failed after 8 to 9 years. I would hire again and recommend to anyone needing garage door repair or services.

Less than 24hr turn around!! The young man called 15-20 minutes to let me know he was enroute, and was here on time. Very, very courteous and professional. Finished the job in approximately 20-25 minutes. Explained the warranty information on the actual product and wrote a very through receipt. We would DEFINITELY use and refer THE GARAGE DOOR GUY!!

James, Was very professional. I call him and left a message on a Thursday afternoon. He called me back within 2 hours and was at my house the next morning. He gave me his opinion on what needed done and gave me three different option that he could do for me. He came back that following Monday and installed the new to me garage door.
