+ -1 moreEco does EVERYTHING RIGHT, every time.....except offer a realistic fee for their service. I have used this company for years and they are extremely reliable. AND, last week they repaired a 7 inch section of ½ inch water line that had begun to drip. The work too 1 hour and was technically completely simple and accessible. The charge was $798! They were unable to negotiate this and, as sad as it makes me, I will never use this company again. The charge simply is BEYOND any justification.

+ -1 moreI had a toilet flange and wax ring replaced ( I did not replace the toilet) as well as had a $25.00 faucet cartridge replaced.... $1114.00 1 1/2 hours work, terrible customer service.. Really, These guys charge waaaaay too high a price for what service is provided....MY fault for not getting additional estimates which were at least 30% less.
Description of Work: Remove toilet ,Replaced toilet flange, wax ring and changed a faucet cartridge....

+ -1 moreWe went 9 days without hot water, patiently waited for a replacement unit from Navien and received horrible customer service and communication from Eco/ tech Victor Viner throughout the entire process. Eco suggested WE call Navien to see where our hot water tank was that THEY ordered. I have this conversation on voicemail. We finally got a response when we threatened to involve a news crew to get help. 9 days without hot water is beyond ridiculous and not one single person at Eco Plumbers seemed to care.
Description of Work: broken hot water tank, under warranty and replaced by Navien. used Eco for install

Description of Work: Install a new dishwasher. No quote was given prior the work. The tech was here less than an hour. I couldn’t believe the price, $1400. Now this was the week before Christmas. As soon as he left I tried to wash a load, it didn’t work saying that it wouldn’t drain. Well this is February and it still doesn’t work. Again, it was a drain issue. I’m sorry this guy is a plumber. Yes my husband and I are in our seventies and this company took advantage of us. We also asked the tech about a leaky faucet in a half bath, he told us it would cost $800 only if we bought the faucet, otherwise in would be a 1000.

+ -1 moreEco plumbers has an ad for $93 to fix a clogged drain. So I call them to fix my mom's shower thinking it can't be more than that right? Well....they come out and take 15 minutes and a small part to fix it....then charges her $450 for it!! This company will take advantage of elderly customers.....please be vigilant!!!

+ -1 moreThe work was not done because the cost was going to be almost $500! When I asked how long it would take, I was told an hour. I’ve used them before and didn’t remember they were so expensive so I never asked when I made the appointment. I was able to get another plumber at overtime rates and it was still a lot cheaper.
