 + -1 moreWe've shopped at the Container Store at Easton for many years and love the products. The staff always seem to have a positive attitude and their always helpful and professional in every way.
Description of Work: The Container Store at Easton designed an elfa garage storage system for our home in February and then installed the system in April. The store employee who designed our system was patient, professional and creative in her approach to designing the shelving for our space. She followed-up with us after the sale to ensure we were satisfied with the overall design and assisted us in scheduling the installation. The installer was one of the most professional technicians we've ever met. He installed the shelving, cleaned-up afterwards and spent time explaining how to reconfigure the shelving units to meet our future needs.

 + -1 moreI initially worked with Sara to design my 2 master BR closets. I like the Elfa system because it is versatile and can be changed to accomodate my storage needs. They offer Elfa decor options with wood fascia to dress up the edges of the wire shelving, sliding trouser racks, gliding shoe racks, and drawers. The Container Store puts the entire order into a kit and cuts any pieces to size (if needed). I installed the systems myself, but they offer the option of professional installation for an additional fee. The system went together pretty easily by following the instructions. Their website also has video installation instructions and the store gave me a hands on demo before I left with my kit. I was so pleased with the results of my master BR closets that I decided to do my guest BR as well. The Container Store sells Elfa at a 30% discount in February, so my savings was substantial. Overall, the Container Store has fantastic customer service and Elfa closet systems are sturdy, versatile and beautiful. I'm very pleased with the final results. They look like showroom closets!
Description of Work: I used their services to design 2 Elfa closet systems with birch fascia, birch decor drawer frames, birch trouser racks, and gliding shoe racks in my master bedroom and 1 guest room closet.

 + -1 moreOur designer, Susan Z was excellent. She listened to our needs. We furnished the measurements for the areas to be outfitted and came up with a great functional design. One caveat? Container store has a major sale in January and September on their shelving and it's worth waiting for those months to do the planning since the savings is substantial.
Description of Work: They professionally designed four closets for us which we installed. We're talking literally thousands of pieces that had to be put together and amazingly, no shortages came up.

 + -1 moreWE PROVIDED MEASUREMENTS OF THE CLOSETS AND WORKING WITH US DESIGNED A SYSTEM THAT MET OUR NEEDS. WE HAVE A CONTRACTOR INSTALLING THEM. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL, STAYING LATE AFTER THE STORE HAD CLOSED ON TWO OCCASIONS WHILE WORKING ON THE DESIGNS WITH US.
Description of Work: THEY DESIGNED CLOSET ORGANIZERS FOR THREE CLOSETS AND A LAUNDRY ROOM.
