I have had Jessica cleaning for us for nearly a year now and so this review is long over due! If you are looking for THE BEST service I'll save you the trouble: Go with the Cleaning Fairies!! I have had cleaning services in the past, but this is the first one that has exceeded my expectations and then some! She touches every surface including mopping the baseboards, wiping the steam from the walls of my bathroom, and other thoughtful finishing touches to the organization of the rooms. The cleaning is exquisite and her customer service is a delight. Jessica is extremely reliable, super friendly, and conscientious to a T. I work from home and she works effortlessly around me and the occasional kiddo home from school. We so look forward to seeing her smiling face come each month and having a sparklingly clean house to enjoy.

The company was very professional and thorough. Gladly complied with any special requests that I had. Asked if they saw something amiss. I was confident leaving them in my home alone. I would recommend them highly.

Jessica is reliable, professional, and extremely pleasant interpersonally. I also like knowing it's the same person in my home each time.

She is extremely professional and very efficient! She charges by the hour and you absolutely get your money's worth! She listens to my priorities and addressed additional areas beyond our initial assessment as needed upon request. She was very up front and accurate about how much time tasks would take. We have been using a big company for monthly house cleaning which we had been frustrated with due to their lack of consistent staff and doing only a satisfactory job, leaving out details. We found Jessica on Angie's list. She was very responsiveness, worked with our schedule to do a 1st cleaning. What a difference! Jessica cleaned the entire house with full detailed care. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! It went extremely well! services included (but were not limited to) Dusting exterior surfaces of lighting fixtures, removing finger marks and smudges from occasional tables, and dining room groups. Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms. Cleaning and dusting cobwebs on baseboards and window sills. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Several of the aforementioned services, were performed by this company at no extra charge. These cleaning professionals went above and beyond! Customer retention is clearly key in their eyes.

She did a wonderful job. She always does a little extra without me having to ask.
