Our experience with The Bath Authority was nothing less than perfection! Cody and Ethan were extremely professional, they showed up exactly when they said they would. They tore out the old shower, ran new plumbing, waterproofed everything, and installed the new shower in under 7 hours! It was honestly incredible! I will recommend this company to everyone I know! And the best part…The end result is stunning!

I love my shower, but when we signed up to have you put it in the sales lady said they would replace water pipes and couple other things which I assume I paid for, but did not get it done.

They did not do the work I needed but they would not stop calling...many days in a row. I ended up blocking them. Even after they posted the response, they still kept calling (switching numbers)
