Description of Work: Andersons provided input regarding the most appropriate tiles to use for the project described below, and contacted the contractor they use to follow-up with measurements and cost estimate. Andersons then ordered materials (the tiles I chose were special order) and followed-up with myself and the contractor when materials arrived. Near the end of the project I needed to place another special order for four extra tiles because I changed the plan to add shower inset and border. This was done very quickly and the materials arrived in 3-4 days from the manufacturer. The people I worked with at Andersons were all very friendly and professional. They responded quickly to all requests including the special order. I would definitely work with them again based on this experience. The job required putting ceramic tile with mosaic border in tub/shower and on floor of bathroom. This required tearing out tub/shower walls and replacing backer board and removing two layers of vinyl and subfloor before tiling. The contractor they recommended provided accurate measurements and did a beautiful job installing the tiles. He was there everyday on time and easily handled the unexpected discovery that the bottom layer of vinyl and subfloor had been stapeled down every 8 inches or so over the entire floor.

Description of Work: Bought the Alpine 612 series. Didn't give me the correct lumber to complete the set. Had to make three trips to the store to gather everything and it was still wrong. Didn't inform me of lumber check off list being different than the manufacturer's lumber check off list. Didn't supply me with correct hardware/lumber to complete the configuration they recommended I purchase. At trip number three they didn't offer to rectify their mistakes by offering me anything. Lastly, at trip number three there was nobody in the lumber yard to load me so I loaded myself.

Description of Work: I PAID $35 TO GET COLUMBUS HOME SERVICES TO COME OUT FOR THE ANDERSONS TO MEASURE ALL OUR INTERIOR DOORS. THEY CALLED AND CAME OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER

Description of Work: PURCHASED MOHAWK LAMINATE FLOOR (1000 SQ/FT).

Description of Work: ORDERED SWING-N-SLIDE ''WRANGLER'' PLAYSET IN THE STORE. PLAYSET INCLUDES A CLIMBING WALL, SLIDE, FORT, PERISCOPE, WHEEL AND SPACE FOR 4 SWINGS (TWO SWINGS AND RINGS INCLUDED). INCLUDED LUMBER, ALL EQUIPMENT, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION. PLAYSET WAS DELIVERED AND INSTALLED TO MY SPECIFICATIONS, AND THE CREW CLEANED UP.

Description of Work: THE DELIVERY COMPANY THEY HAVE WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME WITHIN 48 HOURS OF PURCHASE. I CALLED THE DELIVERY COMPANY BECAUSE I DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM AFTER 4 DAYS. THEY CALLED BACK IN THE EVENING BECAUSE NO ONE WAS AT THE OFFICE. I WENT TO THE STORE TO BUY A BRISTOL HERITAGE BARN 12' X 12' SHED. I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO CUT ANYTHING AND THAT EVERYTHING WAS READY TO PUT TOGETHER. I WAS ALSO TOLD IN THE HERITAGE BARN BROCHURE THAT THE WALLS WERE PRE-BUILT. ALL I WOULD HAVE TO DO IS PUT ON THE SIDING FROM WHAT I COULD TELL. I FOUND OUT THAT WHEN I RECEIVED THE DELIVERY THAT THERE WAS A MAJOR AMOUNT OF CUTTING TO DO AND ALMOST NOTHING WAS PUT TOGETHER. THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE POORLY WRITTEN ALSO BECAUSE IT HAD INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOTH A 12' BARN AND A DEPTH OF 16' BARN AND WAS NOT LISTED AS STEPS BUT IN PARAGRAPH FORM. THIS MADE MOST OF OUR WORK INCORRECT IN BUILDING THE WALLS AND AFTER BUILDING THEM, WE HAD TO CUT OFF PART OF THE SIDE WALLS BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO LONG.
