Description of Work: We had been referred to Stratton and his family by a close friend that had wonderful experience with the Alt Company. I am so excited that after over a year trying to sell my house on my own unsuccessfully and after spending alot of advertising dollars, today we will be closing! We made the phone call to Stratton and he immediately dropped his schedule to meet me at the property to take a look and explain what he could do for us. We signed on the spot which was a Friday, with very reasonable terms compared to so many other agents I spoke with and the next day he had several showings to the property. On Monday, I got a call that an offer was coming at top dollar! Not one penny less than the asking price which was more than what I was listing on my own! Every step of the way he updated me on the progress of the transaction and was willing to travel to the property when I was unable to go. This was so helpful because it was about 30 minutes from where I live currently. His professionalism is exceptional! I cannot tell you how many times I got stood up at the property by other agents without even a phone call! His office was about 40 minutes away and he always did what he said he would do even when it was inconvenient to tie up last minute details before the closing! This was such a stressful time for our family and we were so grateful that we had Stratton all the way through the process to negotiate difficult sticking points and smooth over any potential conflict that is so common in this buyers market. If you are trying to sell your house and you want someone that will devote time to your needs, call the Alt company...they will get it done and with integrity and credibility and earn every dollar of their commission. This was the first time I actually felt good about paying commission to a real estate agent. The Alt company will be the only real estate company I will use in the future and refer to all my friends...check them out!
