The lady answering the phone was really nice. The company came right out to give me the estimate They came on the day scheduled. I had asked them to leave me some firewood. When I got home from work they had left bug chunks that there is no way I could move. I called to see if they could split the pieces and move them out of my flower bed. they said they are not allowed to split the wood. I told them that they needed to come back and take away the big trunk pieces because there is no way I can move them. They said they would and have never returned. They were paid 875.00 for this job that was not completed! I am a 62 year old woman and cannot move these heavy pieces! If they would of told me that they couldn't split the wood before they started I would have told them not to leave any! Their secretary had no idea about the rule either, because she had to call and ask them.

The crew was completely courteous and really worked well together as a team.

I had four trees to trim which really needed a professional that could improve their health, longevity and beauty. 1 Tree Service was, again, very professional. They provided a thorough estimate and explained the process so that I knew what to expect. They came on time, they were professional and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and basically did exactly what I hired them to do. Excellent work, great customer service. Clean-up was beyond what I had expected. They even helped diffuse an issue with a neighbor who did not want my hedge cleaned up for easy maintenance. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly re-hire them.

Cleaned up area, Was supposed to cut wood for us to burn. Was not on their work order to cut and save wood but was on my copy. Very disappointed. Crew was great. I would most certainly hire again.
