1 Tree Service, first, outstanding customer service, great communication, great people to talk to ,due to extensive work being planned, they made two visits, The tree doctor, ,can't think of the title, was great, very understanding and yes, I'd say, caring for my around 30 trees. Their estimate after his visit was very fair, and I did agree to that estimate, although I have yet to have the work done, due to the shutdown, they, will be doing the work. My first experience with 1 Tree Service, but not the last, having 30 trees ,they will be back again, outstanding caring people, makes for an outstanding company.

We contracted with them for 7 huge dead ash trees all of which could have wrecked our house. They came on the day they said they would got it all done even cleaning up stuff they didn’t have to. Great service!

All workers very friendly

After the trees were removed by the removal crew, we waited an additional 4 hours for the stump grinding crew to arrive to complete their tasks. It would have been nicer had the teams better planned the work. Both did a fine job however, and I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

Antonio, Dave and his colleagues were kind, professional and did a great job. Our backyard looks more like a backyard and less like an overgrown forest! They went above and beyond by moving some garbage that was near a tree to the curb. We will use them again!

They guys were great with the project. They got right to work. Cleaned up very nicely and we're kind and efficient. Getting my project scheduled took 4 days of calling back as no one followed up with me. Schuled day was rained out so I called again, to confirm cancellation. I was told project would be done within 10 days, and it was. However, I was also told we'd get a call before team arrived and that didn't happen. Fortunately, we were home when they arrived. The price was reasonable, but I didn't care for the 35% fee you had to pay if you cancelled. Make sure of project before signing. All said and done, I would recommend this company.

They were very professional and courteous. Done a great job and clean up was great. I would highly recommended them.

Very prompt, did an excellent job; removed a dead tree, trimmed a pine, removed/chipped the stump; removed all the debris. Efficient and all this was done in 1 1/2 hrs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
