Everyone was outstanding and I couldn't be happier with the final product. From Greg Corbett, to Casey Warner to the "5 crew members" who did the manual labor... everyone was top notch! The company is very professional and they called the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the job that was done will definitely call them again if needed and refer them to others. Thanks for a job well done

Read this whole review as the company worked hard to right a wrong and fully redeemed themselves. The only reason I am not giving full 5 star reviews is because my job had to be rescheduled due to a new hire in their company failing to call or show up for my job, which was originally scheduled for Monday, 12/18. I needed them to clear some trees for a fence I was having installed. Their worker failing to show put me in a bind with my fence guy, who was scheduled to come in right after them. Needless to say, I was very upset and confused with no communication from them. I took a personal day off of work to be on site, so not only did they not show, but I also used a personal day that ended up being pointless. Casey, who I believe is their dispatcher, scheduler, and office manager, got in touch with me the next day and explained what had happened on their end. The new hire was supposed to call me and let me know they were not going to be able to get to my job that day, but he did not call me. She assured me this was not normal for their business. I was still hesitant and pretty upset. I had pretty much made up my mind to search for another company, but then the owner of the company personally called me and apologized. That meant a lot to me and gave me the willingness to give them another chance to show me the quality of their work. They came and completed my job as rescheduled on Wednesday, 12/17. Walter, the crew foreman, was very cheerful, knowledgeable, professional, and took a lot of time to help me understand everything they were doing. As a first time homeowner, I really appreciated that. Odie and Antonio, the two members of his crew did an amazing job. In fact, the fence guy who came in after them commented on what a great job they did. My job was complex as the backyard was very overgrown and these guys had to get trees down that had grown up around and even through the old fence. The owner, the same one that had called me, even showed up to finish the stump grinding himself. I believe his name was Joe or James. It really meant a lot to me that he personally showed up as well. In the end, I have so say that although it was a big inconvenience when the job did not get done on the day it was first scheduled, and it was weird when I did not get a phone call or email about it that day, The 1 Tree Service went above and beyond to make it right. On top of that, the work they did was outstanding. I will be a repeat customer for sure. Do not hesitate one second to hire them! I want to give a shout out to Casey, who was exceptionally professional, understanding, and helpful. She was not defensive at all and worked hard to rebuild my confidence to move forward. I also want to give a shout out to Walter, Odie, and Antonio for doing a great job, and I want to thank the owner for caring enough about my project to personally attend to it.

They absolutely do what they say

They came out and were very clear with what it would take to complete the job and the pricing. The crew was awesome and friendly and I would hire them again.

They arrived quickly and completed the work quickly. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is I had to go around and cleanup branches left behind in my beds/yard, as well as cleanup leaves.

I've used them twice and will use them again. They removed 3 trees and grinded the stumps. Excellent work and outstanding clean up.

Walter and the crew did a great jjob. Removal of the tree and stump grinding went perfect.They cleaned up when they were done.Highly recommend will use them again.

Good idea to observe their work in progress cause they will ask u if any other minor details need to be addressed.Very cooperative.

They came in and remove the tree on my fence line or quick productive cleaned up very well. Price is a RAW what I expected.

The 1 Tree Service company understands the importance of communication. At every step in the process there was clear communication on what to expect and when. The company then delivered on what it had promised. Just an excellent experience.
