Prompt, efficient, excellent clean up.

Could not recommend anyone more highly. They came armed with every piece of equipment needed and a person to operate each one. Our three pine trees were taken down safely in a matter of minutes. They ground out the stumps expertly and put down a large piece of plywood for the bobcat to drive on so that our beautifull lawn would stay nice. A bird's nest was in one of the trees that was taken down and a worker brought it to me with two eggs still intact. The clean up was done so well that the only sign they were there was the absence of our trees. They were polite and professional. They were also the best priced company out of the four quotes we received!

The 1 Tree Service had great reviews before I contacted them for an estimate and now I understand why. Communications were excellent throughout the estimate/completion. The estimate was emailed with photos of specific requests with option to add or delete parts of the project and the effect on the total price for each. Antonio and Jake were professional and friendly, answering multiple questions as they worked on the giant ash and maple, as well as the ancient crabtree. The results are beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We recommend highly.

This just goes to prove, you throw enough knowledgeable labor and necessary equipment and you have a recipe for a successful project. The 1 Tree Service did just that this morning at our home. They felled two fairly large spruce trees, disposed of the tree itself and busted out the stumps. The cleanup was magnificent. The whole project took about 2 hours and was done as a well orchestrated procedure. I am very pleased. They went so far as to air blow the remnants out of the grass. Who does that? They did!

They were very fast. It seemed strange that the trees would be trimmed so quickly. They cleaned everything up nicely and they were on their way.

Removal of 3 ash trees was done quickly and clean up was excellent.

The quality of the work was fine. While trimming one of my trees a large branch fell and broke one of my fence posts. I called the office and made them aware of the issue. The receptionist was very friendly and tried to be helpful. Told me I would hear back from someone by the end of the week. I texted and then called and was told they would call me at the beginning of the next week. Never got a call from the owner/ manager so I fixed the fence myself. Called to tell them I took care of it. The reason I was given for not hearing from them was **it is our busiest time of the year**. I understand that but I am retired and at home every day and my phone does ring in the evenings and on weekends! I was able to speak with someone yesterday and the issue I had with the customer service has been resolved. Tricia was very helpful and even sent me a handwritten letter. apologizing for the ack of communication from management.
