Description of Work: TEETER''S CAME OUT TO DO AN ESTIMATE AT THE END OF DECEMBER, AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AT THE TIME. HOWEVER, BRIAN TEETERS TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD HAVE THE ESTIMATE TO ME IN A WEEK. WHEN I HAD NOT HEARD ANYTHING AFTER A WEEK HAD PASSED, I CALLED THE OFFICE AND LEFT A MESSAGE THAT WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE ESTIMATE, AND HE COULD MAIL IT TO US IF THAT WAS MOST CONVENIENT. THE MAN WHO ANSWERED TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD TELL BRIAN WE HAD CALLED AND GIVE HIM THE MESSAGE. I HEARD NOTHING BACK UNTIL MORE THAN TWO WEEKS LATER - 3 WEEKS FROM THE ORIGINAL TIME FRAME I WAS GIVEN ORIGINALLY. (I DID NOT ASK FOR THE ESTIMATE IN ONE WEEK, THAT IS HOW LONG I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE. PLEASE DON''T TELL ME ONE THING, WHEN IT IS NOT POSSIBLE.)
