They did a great job. We have had them back and and have recommended them to family as well. I wouldn't look anywhere else to have work done.

The initial appointment seemed to go well; however, after he left, I did not hear from the company for several weeks. In spite of calling and leaving several messages with the receptionist, Mr. Teeter never returned my calls inquiring about the estimate. I was repeatedly told (apologetically) by the receptionist that he was in meetings or that he was very busy and could not get to the estimate yet. I was very surprised at this, because I was under the impression that this company had a good reputation, and especially because this was the owner of the company. He never did return a single call or apologize for the delay, and only after a few months had passed, did I receive the written estimate in the mail, by which time I had already contracted with another very reputable builder. I assume that my project was far too small to receive the respect, courtesy or attention of this company.

Brian Teeters came out to talk to me and was very personable, and made several good suggestions for my desired 2-floor screened porch addition. He said when I had the plans from the architect to give him a call on his cell phone and he would come by and get them so he could give me an accurate estimate. BUT when I made that call, he said he couldn't come "until sometime next week", and when I asked for a more definite date, he then said he guessed he could come by right then; when he gave me his location, he was less than 10 miles away. He picked up the plans but never called me back with an estimate. I waited over two-weeks (which held up the start of my project) and then left a message on his voice mail reminding him, but I never did hear from him. If I had read the on line reports before I ever called him, I would NOT have. I called based on his Ad in the Angie's List magazine and the fact that he has received awards for so many years. My mistake.

The gentleman was amazing with what he was explaining thorough and informative estimate. There was no high pressure to use his service let us know when we decide to start the project to give him a call. I was very appreciate of that.

Steve offered both Vista windows and Soft-Lite windows, but he pushed very hard for the Vista windows. We thought the windows were nice, and their estimate was very competitive. However, we did not enjoy interacting with Steve. He was generally disparaging toward the competition. When comparing his windows to others, he would point out something good about his and something bad about the others, and then say, "I'm not saying better or worse; just different." Well, he sure was implying that there was something wrong with the other windows. And, in general, we thought his evaluation of the competition was a little too negative and a little unfair.

We met Jason at a Home Show and made an appointment for an estimate. Jason came to our home, measured our windows, explained our options, and gave us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and there was no sales pressure. Teeters was the second estimate we received and the price was competitive for a higher quality product. We placed our order and Jason explained that it would be a few months before the windows would be installed. After our windows came in, Ed and Bruce worked with a piece of our existing trim to color match our new windows. After 3 tries, they were able to mix a color that was a perfect match. The windows and storm door were installed over a period of about a week - during which it rained for two solid days, so no work could be done. There was no mess - the crew cleaned up after themselves as they went along and there was no disturbance to any of our flower beds. We love our new windows and door and will use Teeters again to work on our home.

Teeters was one of the companies we contacted for quotes. Our experience with them was a very good one - they answered questions, made suggestions, provided demonstrations and quoted a fair price. The only reason we did not accept was because we wanted a definite look and Marvin windows did not offer that look.

Didn't find it necessary to return either of my two phone calls.

Jason came to the house to give us the pricing. He presented the facts concisely as we requested and gave us a bid which was very competitive. He did not try to pressure us to purchase nor did he take a lot of our time as others had. He also went out of his way to deliver additional color samples and literature to us later. We purchased and the windows were installed when promised. Russ and his installation crew did an excellent job as noted above. Brian Teeters spent time with us when we visited the showroom and Linda in the office was helpful. This was a positive experience for us.

Very pleased with product and installation. Our order was misplaced so it took way too long to get the windows measured and the order placed, but once I called to question the delay, we were very pleased with the response. Work was scheduled for two days, but was completed in one day.

Our kitchen is what we wanted and a little bit more. The men we worked with were interested understanding, and professional.

They were professional, very good, price was reasonable. I will use them again.

A week before they said the order would be ready, Teeters called and said they order was in and they could come out in two days. We said sure. They arrived 8:00 on a Thursday morning and got right to work. Drop cloths were used in the house while removing existing windows. Each window removal was accomplished with a minimum of dust and debris. Each replacement window was in place, though not weather tight, in very short order. The final adjustments and sealing etc. for the new windows on the first floor were done by end the of the work. The crew cleaned up the work areas before they left for the day. They returned the next day to do the upstairs windows. Again, no muss, no fuss. Some detail work remained so one person came on Saturday morning to finish up. We noticed one piece of a window sash had cracked, so a new piece was ordered. (Took about six week to get it, though) All in all, a great job, great workers. Only negative: I wish they would've cleaned the windows better.

My husband and I did the demolition to save money. Brian Teeters was OK with that, and we did the final painting. He met with us at home a couple of times and met with us at Scioto Kitchens for the cabinets (a good company). Even though he was very busy, he gave us the attention we needed, patiently explaining everything. On site his main man was John, who was very particular with the subcontractors. John always made sure the area was cleaned up each day. When Hamilton Parker company screwed up the wall tile order, he let them know how it held everything up (and I did too, when I had to re-order a different pattern). They forget to check about the one I wanted being in stock from their supplier. I waited a month until someone fessed up about the supplier not having it. This caused a major delay. I will not use that company again. The process took nearly the whole summer of 2006, but it was worth it. I love my new kitchen, and I will use Teeters construction for future projects.

Jason was a very low pressure sales rep. Gave us different options and gave us a written estimate. They worked around our schedule for coming out to measure and install the windows. They were running late when they came out to measure and install the window, but they did call to let us know. They made sure we were happy with the installation prior to leaving. We are happy with our new windows.

The company called me the next day to let me know that they only installed doors they sold, so they wouldn't be able to help me out.

I called Teeters twice to ask about hiring Brian to do a remodel on our bathroom, but haven't heard back. I know they are very busy, but I'm hoping they will call. At the same time, it concerns me as a contractor that they haven't called back even to get hired for a potential job. My hope it that they are responsible and are prioritizing current clients over potential future clients.

Brian Teeter was very pleasant to deal with. He was honest and helpful too. I love the fact that they carry more than one brand of window and that they have a showroom to see the products first hand. If not for an order backlog, we would have had them install our windows, but we went with a vendor that could do the work sooner.

Installation was fantastic, did a great job, very clean and fast. That being said, my whole complaint is the terrible sales. After having the original 9 vinyl sliding windows replaced, the installer measured a picture window for me and indicated my salesman (Steve Moore) would contact me with an estimate to replace it. Steve never called and I had to call him twice to finally get an estimate. He said ''he'd forgotten''. After the picture window was installed, I called Steve to get an estimate on having a new steel exterior door installed. He finally came out to measure and come up with an estimate, but he never called, nor did he send me the estimate. 3 weeks and 2 phone messages later, I still have not heard from him or received the estimate. Extremely unprofessional! I have an additional $4000 worth of doors to replace, but will not be using Teeters due to the very poor sales service. I have decided to use another company to do the work.

They came out promptly the next day and fixed the shingle. They checked the rest of the roof. I appreciated them coming back out for the repair. They are the contractor of choice. They are the kind of people you just trust.

Steve came out on time and answered all of my questions. His was the longest of the presentations (we had 4 estimates done). We did not choose Teeters due to the price (2nd highest of the estimates) and the fact that I was told that they do not have a single hung window. Steve also had subtle negative comments about two of the other window companies. Who cares what kind of car an owner of another company drives??? None of the other companies had anything negative to say about their competitors. That was a turn off. Steve's follow up phone calls sounded rushed and I felt like I was working with a busy salesman. However I will say that he was polite and was helpful in getting the installers out to look at the windows the same day as the estimate, as there were some concerns regarding the thickness of our walls. John and Jan, the installers were VERY nice.

We are very happy with both the quality of the work and the windows themselves. The work crew cleaned up their work areas thoroughly and did a high quality job of installing the new windows. The new windows look great and operate smoothly.

Steve (sales rep) was very knowledgeable and professional. We visited their showroom which was extrememly helpful in making the decision. Larry(installer) was prompt and courteous and was extrememly helpful!!! I would definitely utilize their services again. It was a very positive experience.

Jason Riley was the sales person; he explained the different window products and warranty. I had met with 3 other companies for estimates and with Jason I didn't experience the fast talking sales pitch. And he never once insulted other products or companies, which I did experience with one of the other companies. They arrived on time, cleaned up and the windows are beautiful. Thank you!
