This company was able to give us an estimate right on the spot. I like that they were able to fabricate the casings on site. They did order one wrong window that threw off the schedule. But, they did a good job and we're happy.

Doors were professionally installed. They look and operate great. Very good experience.

We worked with Brian Teeters on the sales side, where he helped us with selection. We had to wait on the factory for specific color choices, but it was worth the wait. Installation took 5 days. The installed windows are great. Very pleased with the results.

The job went well. My refrigerator is rubbing against the wall because they built it too close in, so I haven't finished paying them. This has taken months to get resolved. They need to cut out a doorway and make it bigger. Since it isn't a big job it isn't a priority for them. I won't pay them until the job is finished.

We struggled with the storm door. It took us eight months to get it resolved. They miss measured, then lost it, then had to make another which didn't work either. But they never charged me for it in the end. They did a good job on the front door.

In June I contacted 3 home improvement companies (including Teeters) for estimates for replacement windows, siding, gutters, and entry door. Two of the companies came out right away. Since I hadn't heard from Teeters I thought they were not interested in the job. I selected my contractor from the 2 remaining companies, but just before I signed the contract I got a call from Jason at Teeters. I explained that I was about to sign a contract, but he asked if he could at least try to bid and win the job. Jason came over right away and brought Brian Teeters with him. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. They worked hard to match the competitors bid. They spent a lot of time with me going over the products and services. At this point it was very difficult for me to decide which company to select. The two companies provided equally attractive offers and comparable products. In the end I chose the other company mostly because they could start the work sooner and I found the Teeters contract language a bit intimidating. Brian Teeters later called me to explain why their contract language was so detailed and to assure me it was the standard NARI language. This really was a tough choice and hopefully I've selected the right one. I did promise Brian Teeters I'd consider his company for any future home improvement jobs. They really seem top-notch.

They did a very good job. All our windows are over 10 feet tall, and tempered glass so it was difficult to find someone to replace them, but these guys did. We love the look of our large windows now. We would hire them again.

He was very professional and very cooperative. He was a very nice man and he arrived promptly. We went later to see the windows at his shop and we had the same great experience there.

They were punctual. It only took them a day to do the work. They cleaned up and left no mess. They were very nice. They were informative and I might use them in the future.

We went with them because they did good work for us before. They are a little on the high price side but everything else is good. They do quality work, they have their own crews, they subtract out but they use their own people. If I had something to do I wouldn't think about using someone else. They do a lot of stuff.

They were good, the work they did was fine but they were a little over booked. So it took a little longer than I would have liked for the jobs to get done.

The salesman was great but their follow-up was terrible. They didn't even have anybody come out to inspect the work. We tried to call them to let them know about a problem and they wouldn't return our phone calls. We tried sending them letters and they didn't respond until we sent out a letter through certified mail. The salesman finally came back out to look at the problem and said he would send someone out the next week but nobody ever showed. The people who were doing the work smelled like smoke and tracked the smell through our home.

The initial presentation was very good. The execution of what we agreed to was some of the worst service I have ever received. The promised delivery time and actual completion were 4 months apart from one another. We were constantly promised action only to receive inaction. Follow up from the company became almost non-existent. The amount of phone calls required to get things done that were contracted for was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. After leaving a message about subpar craftsmanship yet again, we were threatened with a walk-off from the job. I could not in good conscience recommend Teeters to anyone and never will.

There price was good. They came on time. Their work was professional. I was happy with the overall job they did. The work they did was great. I would recommend this company to others.

Steve Moore was a pleasure to work with. He was very honest and checked back when job was completed. The 2 guys installing the windows were very professional. On time, got the job done in the time stated. Cleaned up inside and out when done. A pleasure to work with. A very good friend who built his own house and installed windows, admired the job on the windows. He said they looked real good! Big difference in comfort over the winter; so much warmer in the house.

The salesman Jason was great and very knowledgeable. Bruce and Shawn installed our windows. They came on time and did a good job. The windows look great. They tried to accommodate our schedules and were very helpful and tolerant with our dogs. The weather interfered one day, but of course that wasn't in their control.

Refusal to do business based on the inability to receive return calls concerning our questions and pricing. John did a great job coming out for the quote as scheduled; however, things went downhill from there. Follow-up calls were not being returned until several days later and there was always an excuse. The project involved going out to different companies to pick out cabinets and countertops for the kitchen. Throughout the frustrations, we continued to invest the time hoping things would change once the project was started. We eventually contacted the owner and expressed our frustrations with the process. In return we got a phone call from our representative (John) who displayed a very unprofessional attitude. He was rude and continued to make excuses for his unavailability. Needless to say, we have gone elsewhere. The project has begun rather quickly with Gates Home Improvement and is going well. I will post an update for Gates upon completion.

I would have considered using them again but their responsiveness has been very poor so I will likely go elsewhere. It took three calls and a threat to have them come to adjust a problem with their install. The door had been sticking and a manufacturer's defect made it not function properly. The follow through was so lacking that I am going to call the manufacturer myself. The quality of the initial install was very good and the installers were very professional but the customer satisfaction really stinks.

We never received an estimate from Teeters. After countless voice messages and emails, we gave up. Very unprofessional to say the least. If they did not have time or want the business, a simple phone call back would have been appreciated.
