Terry answered my initial call promptly and scheduled an appointment to wall mount my new television and connect the sound bar with the other components. He was very helpful in answering my questions and completed the job within the stated time frame.

Terry showed up same day and really listened to what I wanted. Although at the end of the day we couldn't pull the fireplace project the way I envisioned it (the amount of wood around the fireplace made it impossible) Terry worked for 9 hours to make sure that I left with a solution I was happy with. He even came back the next day with a very cool way to hide a small portion of the wires that we could see. I would highly recommend him!
