+ -1 moreOur agency was and still is using another agency broadband's service, however, the router that was installed for us was inadequate for our broadband usage. Ed Vawter had previously visited our agency and make an assessment of our situation. A few weeks later, he came in and resolved those constant loss of signals from our router. Plus, Ed fixed the strange issue of the DNS not working properly that was setup by the other agency's IT department. Ed found a work around that has been working flawlessly since he installed the new router. We are planning to segregate from the other agency's broadband service once our finances gets better.
Description of Work: Resolved the outstanding issue of constant dropped broadband signals. Installed and setup a new and better router.
