They never responded.

Swan was great. My 6 year old shower door was no longer level due to plastic sleeve hinge breaking. I called a competitor who came out and said I needed to replace the door along with surrounding frame for $750-1000 which I didn't understand why the shower frame would need replaced. I then called Swan and they asked me to look up on the building plans which shower was installed, they said it's most definitely the plastic sleeve that broke and for $320 they would have somebody come out and install an entire new shower door since it would cost just as much in time for them to fix the original door. 2 people came out a week later with a new shower door and literally 15 minutes later they were done and it works great. I could not be happier.

The door was installed. I had an issue and contacted Swan. After a few visits out to my house they were able to fix the issue.

I called Swan Freedom on a Friday morning and the salesman was able to come that day for a quote. I initially wanted frameless glass, but the salesman said they would leak due to the position of the door and the shower head. He recommended a less expensive product that would not leak. He went through all of the options and gave me a quote. I paid 1/2 down and he said the door and panel would be ready in two weeks. Exactly two weeks later the glass was installed by two installers that did a great job. They put on foot covers to protect our carpet. The glass looks great and the price was right.

I went to their showroom to choose a shower door and the hardware. I worked with a woman out of the showroom who was wonderful in explaining the types of doors and hardware after I told her the look and feel I wanted. The next step my "sales man" came to measure our space, ordered the door, approximately three weeks later, two men came to install our door. There was 2 small issues that took longer than expected...the glass manufacturer was closed during the holidays which Swan Freedom didn't know about, no big deal and the glass came in cut wrong, again no big deal. Swan Freedom was fabulous with their communication on what was going on and why. The only reason I gave them a B on price is that I felt there were too many people involved....I worked with someone out of the show room who showed me and explained to me all of my options. Then a "sales person" came to measure. I felt they could have sent an installer to measure, they know what they are doing as well as the sales person. This could have eliminated some payroll and reduced our bill. Although our service was outstanding it was just too many people to be dealing with. Their level of professionalism on every level of employee was fabulous. We have been dealing with remodeling our master bathroom and this company was the most professional out of everyone we worked with! So very appreciated!!

I was referred to Swan Freedom from a friend of ours that owns a remodeling company. They had a wonderful experience. i left a message as it was after hours. Todd the Sales Mgr called me back bright and early the following morning and gave me the information and a lot of helpful information. My husband and I were having difficulty getting to the showroom during the normal hours so Todd volunteered to come in On Sat as he was going to do some paperwork. We met with him on Saturday and had a great experience, then we had some additional questions so he actually stopped by our house on his way home (who does that anymore - amazing!) Thank goodness as there were changes that needed to be made for the tile installer and we would have had a much smaller shower than we had anticipated. Todd even called to follow up after that - we are now waiting for the completion of our bathroom renovation. They have made it as pleasurable as possible. A job well done!

SWAN IS THE SUBCONTRACTOR USED BY MI HOMES FOR CLOSET WORK. WE ENDED UP SELECTING THE BASIC PACKAGE INCLUDED WITH THE HOME, AND PLANNED TO DO SOME CUSTOMIZING OF OUR OWN AFTER MOVE-IN. SWAN WAS GREAT ABOUT WORKING AROUND OUR NEEDS. THEIR MATERIALS WERE GOOD QUALITY AND ALL OF THEIR WORK WAS DONE WELL.

OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE. ORIGINALLY THE WRONG CAULK WAS USED, BUT THEY CORRECTED THE PROBLEM SWIFTLY AND WITHOUT ANY HESITATION.

THEY CAME, AND WERE TO SEND AN ESTIMATE SHORTLY THEREAFTER, BUT NONE HAS ARRIVED IN THE LAST THREE WEEKS.

FROM THE ESTIMATE TO FINISHING THE INSTALLATION THEY WERE EXCELLENT.

PAUL KOCHESBERGER WITH SWAN FREEDOM WAS GREAT! I HAD TO WADE THROUGH SOME LESS-THAN-EFFICIENT PEOPLE WITH THIS COMPANY BEFORE I GOT TO PAUL, WHO WAS THE CORRECT REPRESENTATIVE FOR OUR NEW-BUILD HOME. ONCE I GOT WITH HIM, EVERYTHING FLEW THROUGH SMOOTHLY AND EFFICIENTLY. HE WORKED WITH ME TO DESIGN SEVERAL CLOSET CONFIGURATIONS, TOOK ALL KINDS OF MEASUREMENTS AND WORKED UP SEVERAL PLANS. HE WAS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND EVERYTHING WAS INSTALLED FAST AND RIGHT. I WOULD WORK WITH PAUL AGAIN ANYTIME!

THE ENCLOSURE THAT SWAN INSTALLED LEAKED FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY. THERE WERE NUMEROUS OTHER VISUAL DEFECTS WITH THE UNIT AS WELL, INCLUDING EXCESSIVE CAULK AND ROUGH, RAZOR SHARP EDGES AND CORNERS. WE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME SCHEDULING A TIME FOR THEM TO RETURN SINCE THEY ONLY GAVE US 24 HOURS NOTICE BEFORE ARRIVING. AFTER FOUR RETURN TRIPS AND A DISCUSSION WITH THE PRESIDENT OF SWAN, THE DEFECTS COULD NOT BE CORRECTED.

THESE PEOPLE ARE EXCELLENT. FROM THEIR SHOWROOM TO THE FINAL PRODUCT AND INSTALL, THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND LISTENED TO YOUR NEEDS. THEIR PRODUCT IS ON PAR WITH BASCO ENCLOSURES FOR A MUCH LOWER PRICE.

THERE WAS A MINOR PROBLEM BUT IT WAS EASILY FIXABLE & IT WAS SO CHEAP IT WAS EXTREMELY WORTH IT.

THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH EXPLAINED WHY THEY HAD THE PROBLEM THEY HAD. FOLLOWED UP ON EVERYTHING. GREAT JOB!
