I caught Todd during the busy winterization season. Once we finally connected, we were happy with his professionalism, services he was offering and price quotes...so we are shifting to his bi-weekly pool services for 2019.

Businesslike, knowledgeable and efficient. Wish we had hired them earlier.

Everything went fantastic. I was very satisfied for the work done and highly recommend their services to anyone.

Todd came out tested everything to determine the motor was bad. Came back a few days later to replace. He waited around until the tub was full to test that everything worked. Appreciate the service and will use again.

Have used Surfside Pools and Spas for three seasons now and would highly recommend this company to anyone with a pool in the Columbus area. Company representatives are responsive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and fair. The owner does his best to accommodate your schedule and needs while balancing all his clients.

We went to an auto store to buy the fuse so the pool generator could start up right away. Todd provided all his expertise at no charge! Who does that these days?? Thanks Todd for your professionalism!

Tod was punctual and fixed my heater immediately. He didn't have the part needed in his truck so he drove to get the part during his lunch break and fixed it that afternoon. Another problem arose the next day, immediately came back, fixed it and didn't charge me for another trip. I will use him for all my pool needs from now on.

i contacted Todd in the morning, and he returned my call the afternoon. he stopped by the very same day to evaluate the condition of my pool in the house i just moved into. i was so appreciative of his quickness to respond, willingness to help, and punctuality of the quote he provided.

Todd was very helpful and fixed the issue completely. I was having an issue with my pool heater which he got working before he left. There was one part that he did not have, he drove half way across the city to get, and did not charge me the extra travel time. I was really surprised and appreciated it. I plan on using his company with all my pool needs.

When I met Todd I asked him what his business was. I'm a business owner too and I'm always interested in my fellow entrepreneurs endeavors. He explained his service in detail to me. I told him that I've had a non working hot tub at our house for quite some time but it wasn't terribly important that we fix it since we didn't use it often. He said that he would swing by if he ever got around our area. (Usually this means you won't hear from them again, but NOT in Todd's case.) We do not live in town and finding a contractor to do free estimates is tough. In about 2 weeks Todd called us unexpectedly and said he had an appointment close to our house. He said he could stop by and take a look. 2 minutes after opening the access door to the hot tub, Todd identified the primary problem. An animal (probably a mouse) had got in there and chewed some of the wiring. Todd opened his tool box and went to work. After about 15 minutes of cutting and splicing he was done and the hot tub was turning on for the first time in a couple years! Unfortunately the pump had gotten frozen and cracked so water was squirting out. He said that he could return with a new pump and install it, but my budget was tight. Luckily Todd was generous enough to ONLY order the pump and allow me to install it myself. WOW! That's something you don't see everyday. I went over, picked up the pump and used a little elbow grease to repair it my self. (BTY, it's not as easy as it looks) Whala.. It's working perfectly. Todd didn't even charge me for the estimate, OR the wiring repairs he did while he was here. All I paid for was the pump. If you are looking for a professional, courteous, and honest service look no further. This is your guy!

Todd the owner is a pleasure to work with. He is professional and knows what he is doing. I hired him several years ago after I was forced to hire an attorney and threaten litigation against an other and quot;Aand quot; rated Angies list pool company. Todd was able to step in and complete the jobs that were abandoned by the other contractor. Recently after the July storm my pool new pool heater stopped working. I was worried because it was installed by the previous contractor and I didn't know who else would service it. Todd stepped in and let me know that he was a qualified technician for that brand. After needing to order several parts, he was able to get it back in operation. I would highly recommend Todd and Surfside Pools for any of your maintaince needs.

They are a very good company. I would recommend them to anybody. The owner of the company is very personable, very nice, and does a quality job.

I Have had former experience with this company. I hired them to open pool early in the season but before had to have the pump replaced and pool painted. Very professional young man who does his work in a timely fashion and is realistic in his billing rate.
