I was VERY SATISFIED with the clean outcome. All was done in about 1 1/2 hours. I would no hesitate to call him again.

They were excellent. He was on vacation when I called him and he picked up my call, even though he was on vacation. He picked up my call and we set a date for the following month and he came out on the date and he was clean and did the job. I think we got it all done within the big deal cost. I might have gone a little bit over, but it was in my agreement to start with. He had a lot of work to do. I think I bought three hours of his time and I didn't know if I went over that or not. He was prompt. We set a date and he came at the time he was supposed to come. He was clean, he put floor covering down, and he did a great job. I was very happy with his services. He was really good.

Okay. Numerous weeds still remain that I handpicked from between the pavers.

Jeff responded quickly to my call. He arrived on time. He carefully examined the condition of the tile, explained what he would be able to do and what results I should expect. He completed the work which met my expectations. I was 100% satisfied.

Difficult job, but he made it turn well. Appreciated his dedication to getting results.

We have a 20-year old ceramic tile floor in the kitchen. The grout looked notably lighter after cleaning. We were happy with the cleaning of both carpet and tile floor. He ran a hose from a heavy duty machine on his truck. He measures the square footage and charges according to the measurements.

We did the angle's list deal for tile and grout cleaning and had a great experience with this company. The owner got in touch with me quickly and found a time that worked for us to have the work done. He was right on time. He explained what he would be doing and also worked out reasonable pricing for an extra area that we asked to be done. The process was very fast and he left with he floors looking very nice. Would definitely recommend. We will use their service again.

This company is awesome. I cannot believe the look and the smell of the carpets when Brian finished. We have two rental homes and needless to say they did not care about our house like we did and just left the place a dirty mess. We actually thought we were going to have to replace the carpets all together. One tenant had a dog (that she wasn't supposed to and the other tenant had 3 kids that were ...well...kids.) We saw an article in our local newspaper about Jeffs Surface Master and after using Stanley Steamer a few times (disappointed to say the least) we found Brian at Jeffs Surface Master and let me tell you, this guy is the best. The carpets looked better and smelled better than when we left it . I was amazed by how they turned out. They even fluffed back up like when they were new. Needless to say we will NEVER go elsewhere. This company has secured our business and we will tell everyone we know that this is the only place you need to call for any of your floor cleaning. The services provided by Surface Master were phenomenal! I would use them again in a heart beat. Jeff was very friendly and professional, he moved all of the appliances out of the way and cleaned underneath them in the kitchen and treated my home with respect and care like it was his. This is not your standard carpet cleaning company the tool that Surface Master uses is AMAZING! It got stains out of our carpet we thought were permanent and it cleans way better than the typical high-power water with a suction. It uses brushes to get deep into the carpet. Jeff showed me what he was able to get out after the job was done and it was impressive. You will not be disappointed if you use this company. Very professional and did a great job. I cannot say enough about it.

Jeff was great and it was a good value for everything we had him do through out the condo doing several services in each room.

They have an extremely high level of customer service. He was very prompt in returning my calls and was able to fit me in at the last minute, to take care of what I needed to have done. I was very pleased with it.

Went well. However they had a free scotch guard offer if you mentioned Angies List. I mentioned the ad when I booked the appointment and they acknowledged it. But, after the carpets were cleaned,he informed me he was out of the scotch guard product. I thought he should have offered a discount instead but nope.

Came on time, worked continuously and finished in one day.

I was very concerned that the existing carpet in the second floor of my new condo was not of very good quality and therefore may not clean up very well. Previously, I had Jeff out to clean the first floor carpet and it cleaned up so well I decided to give it a shot. He did a great job. It is still not top quality carpet but it now is at least clean.

We are extremely pleased with how clean the carpet came out. I had contemplated replacing the carpet, but I am so glad I didn't. It looks like brand new. Jeff was very polite, friendly and professional. He was very neat and when he left you couldn't even tell he had been there - except for the spotless carpet in the master bedroom. We will be having Jeff back to clean the whole upstairs carpet after we do some remodeling and painting.

Excellent. Brick cleaning on inside of home wonderful, no excess water on floor. He performed every service impeccably. Removed stains from my carpeting that I had been two for 2 years. Chain carpet cleaning companies said that they were oxidized and would not come out. After he enzymed my carpets, no more dog smell. He has even offered to come back another time with a new product to take out the last stain, very oxidized, that he thought he would finish getting out. I have yet to call him because I have been too busy, not his fault. He was very flexible with his time. We scheduled 9:00 a. I called at 7:00 a. and asked for earlier. He promptly showed up 1 hour early and began working. It began and rain and he took additional measures to keep my flooring clean and not track anything in. He also protected all my door frames with protection so not to damage them with his hose. He is extremely neat. Price for what he did was great.

Jeff was at a neighbors cleaning their carpets and when he was done he came to give me an estimate. He was very very pleasant to deal with and to talk to. He gave me an estimate and we scheduled a time on the spot. As we are selling our house, we got a call from the realtor stating they wanted to do an open house on the 15th of May, the call came an hour after Jeff and I scheduled our appointment. I immediately called Jeff to inquire about his schedule for Friday the 13th and he said he could fit me in, much to my suprise! He was here as he said he would be and ready to clean my carpets. I had 90% of the furniture out of the rooms I needed done and he was so kind to help with the rest without a grumble and a spring in his step. He sprayed all the spots on the carpets, however, could not guarantee they would not come back (as with all cleaning companies) b/c of the type of stain, the duration of the stain as well as how deep the stain had penetrated the carpets. He had this unbelieveable carpet scrubber that cleaned deep into the carpet fibers and lifted the carpet up. The traffic areas were not "smashed" down anymore. And I was able to put all my furniture back my nightfall (he was here at 9:00am) The bottom line...my carpets look awesome, and Jeff was just as awesome to work with and I would definitely have him come out again...Thanks Jeff!

Jeff's is wonderful. They move the furniture and put pads underneath the couches. They have been able to get most of our stains out. The pricing is phenomenal for what they do and they are very professional.
