They are patient and friendly. They do a great job with installation. When I call them they answer my questions. They are great people. When I called them to put in some new codes they put the system in test mode so I could test them.

Finally my home is protected by a reputable company! I had a home alarm installed three years ago from a company that is well known. I learned last month that not only was my alarm installed incorrectly I also wasn't being monitored although I was making monthly payments. I decided to start all over again. This time I really did my homework. I checked not only Angies List but also several non-biased websites including those that make the products. SuretyCAM was the only company I found that was highly recommended. Ryan came to my home and was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to access my home and give suggestions. Their installer Matt was fantastic! He was trustworthy, thorough and meticulous. He took the time to explain my system in great detail even after being in my home for hours. He made suggestions for making my home even safer. It is truly a relief to know my home is being protected by a company that cares about my families safety.

I am very much pleased with the outcome of using SuretyCam. They were very professional, punctual and very thorough in making the system simple and easy to use. The installer was very meticulous and long hours were worked to prefect the system and ensure all of my security needs were met. The installer was dressed very professionally and neat. My house was left as clean and in order as it was when he came. The owner came by and prepared a free estimate which was emailed to me with full details, even a schematic drawing of the plan. Then came to my home again because I requested to meet with the person who would do the wiring. I wanted to understand how it would be done. On the day of installation, both the owner and his wiring guy came. They warned me prior that some small holes may be needed, however, they found a better way and there was no cuts made in my walls. The installation was difficult and also needed some electrical work which was also done. All of the cameras were successfully installed and work great. Both men were courteous and were very mindful of taking off their shoes before coming inside the house. The installation took 2 days and then the owner came back on the third day for adjustments. The owner is very knowledgeable about the product (both hardware/software). I highly recommend Suretycam. At the end of the job, the owner asked me if he could have done anything different or better.

Everything went very well and very smooth, which I am not really used to in business. So working with them was a nice change. They were prompt and thorough, and finished the job on time. I couldn't ask for anything more than that.

The company was very knowledgeable about security cameras and technology. They designed a great solution. The installation was very professional and clean. I would definitely recommend this company.

2 guys performed the work and it was finished within a couple weeks. They managed to get cameras in some difficult spots without ruining my walls. No problems to speak of, I'd use them again. They have some really cool products too!
