The best service experience of my life! When I first called SuperTec Heating & Cooling, Cham attempted to walk me through a laundry list of checks I could do including a detailed disassembly, fine wool sanding, and reassembly to attempt to repair the furnace myself. When that didn't work, he came to my house that afternoon. The job required him to order a part which he did and then he came back at my earliest convenience which happened to be first thing in the AM on a Saturday. He repaired my furnace in 25 minutes and even left me some spare new parts that weren't needed at this time. He patiently explained everything he was doing and was extremely professional, pleasant, and efficient. I cannot say enough about the integrity and excellent service provide by Cham and this company. I will definitely call in the future and highly recommend. Thank you!

Chom was the first to respond; he came to the house early the following day; he thought it was a relatively minor problem and replaced a part. After further investigation he determined it was.the compressor. He called the company to find out if he could get a compressor for our very old air conditioner. They had one in stock. He picked it up the following morning and installed it. Couldn't have asked for.better service.

I was extremely pleased with the service. The technician was very professional and highly competent. Most important, I was afraid the repair would be very costly, but the parts and labor were more than reasonable. The tech took the time to explain the problem to me and answer questions. Most important, he does not take advantage of women who don't know one part from another! To top it off, the unit stopped working again today. The tech came in less than an hour, found the problem was very simple, and did not charge me for a second call! Top notch all the way!

Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, explained the cost and solution, had me up and running in no time.

Came out, charged 50 dollars, sprayed the evaporator coils with stuff, 80 dollars, didn't have fittings or more nitro, another 30 dollars, just installed a coupling, said you no longer need the trap on the drain and left. A/c has been leaking, which it wasn't before. Someone else came out, put the trap in, charged 10 dollars. Guy was lazy, had no clue what he was doing, now we might need to fix the problem if the leaking if it doesn't stop. We are both disabled and the 160.00 he charged, caused more problems, that's money we could have used for a more honest and knowledgeable person. Very disappointing, not sure if we'll use home advisor again either.

I don't think I've ever had a service experience this enjoyable! Cham was prompt for the appt, extremely professional and very helpful in explaining to me what the issue was with my AC!
