I felt safe and comfortable with the service and servicemen. Very kind and respectable. Mostly, they were honest with the work. The first person I called, quoted me for a new furnace which was a far cry than what the actual service required. They were finished within a couple hours. I recommend SuperTec Heating and cooling to everyone!

They were really good and professional

the tech was very knowledge and explained what he was doing and how to keep my system working efficicient.

The fix was a simple one. The service tech explained how I could repair the problem myself by cleaning a sensor. The fix worked. If I need more extensive repairs I will call SuperTec

Came the next morning after a late Sunday contact. Arrived promptly at 8am and was done by 9 with heat again flowing through the house. Courteous and thorough. Made sure furnace was operating at peak efficiency. Will call them next time a furnace issue arises.

Quick response. Sent in the request at 7am, got a call by 8 am, and the job was done by 10 am. Cham Kahari was able to diagnose the problem by asking me a couple of questions. A new compressor was installed in no time and the air-conditioning unit was working again. I could not be more complementary of his work and his speed in getting the job done. I would recommend him highly for anyone requiring HVAC services. I know I will be calling him first before anyone else. Thanks again Cham.

Cham was so very nice. He knew exactly what was wrong and had our AC unit up and running in less than an hour! If we ever need any HVAC work done in the future we'll be calling him.

Called SuperTec to have the Lennox heat pump/air handler evaluated. Although the unit was installed in 2013 and serviced regularly, I wanted to have it evaluated by another professional HVAC company. They conducted all the necessary tests that provided them with the information for the written report. Extremely pleased with the service. This appears to be a family owned business and as such, you are dealing with courteous and honest people.

I was looking to have my mechanicals serviced and cleaned. I was nervous that I would be told something was needed when not as you see this all the time. He was on time, honest and very helpful along with his son, also very polite. He cleaned my furnace, checked my AC and showed me ways to save myself money by simple tips on how to trouble myself things that happen along the way. I am beyond happy and pleased with his service, outstanding, in and out with a smile. Thank you again! Prompt, courteous, and exceptional service. Cham had already isolated my AC problem based on the info I provided in a brief phone call. All in all it only took about five minutes to do the work. I will absolutely call them again for any hvac issues I may have in the future.
