Tech was nice and knowledge.

I was contacted immediately and he came over the day. Cham had to fix other people's mistakes. He was able to get parts right away and came back 3 times until it was fixed.

This man, Cham, was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. It was so nice to work with someone who actually explained what he was doing and why. Usually they just blow me off as being female and so couldn't understand. I will definitely be recommending this man to all of my single and widowed friend.

Cham was amazing....I live in VA and hired him via phone to repair my elderly fathers furnace. He was on time, very accommodating and $1000's less expensive than the competition. He went above and beyond by helping out and explaining everything to an often confused elderly person. A true professional and gentleman.

Cham tried to determine the problem via the phone and scheduled me as soon as possible. While at my house, he did a good job trouble shooting prior to replacing the thermostat. The cost of the repair was reasonable and the amount of time to fix replace the thermostat was fast. I would recommend.

they walked me thru to how to fix my problem myself. it took me 5 dollars and 5 minutes to fix. they could have came to my house amd charge me a 100.00 , but instead earned my business from this day forward for all of my heating and cooling needs. i would recommend them to everyone for their honesty.

Cham was nothing but professional during our service calls for our furnace. He was on time, personable, knowledgeable and ultimately very good at his job. Before even coming to our home upon our request, Cham did his due diligence and walked me through over the phone a few steps to help him determine exactly what the problem was that we were having. By doing this, he saved me a $50 service call just to tell me I was going to need a part and that he would be unable to obtain until Monday morning (we sent the home advisor request late on a Friday evening). Knowing the weather had turned and we were having to manage with a cold home over the weekend, he came first thing Monday at 7:30am to replace our inducer draft motor on our furnace. Although the the part itself was pricey (as most parts are when dealing with HVAC are), he only charged us the $50 service call for the install. I would recommend SuperTec Heating and Cooling to anyone needing HVAC and he will definitely be my first call if anything were to go wrong again in the future!

He serviced the entire HVAC unit. He was on time and very professional and knowledgeable. He explained things as I had questions, and didn't take long to perform the service. I would definitely recommend this business.

Cham saved me just under $350, compared to origional estimate from another service provider, and they were going to replace a part that was NOT the problem. Cham's old-school approach and honesty will keep his customers coming back. Very pleased with his service.

Cham came out the same day, in the evening, which was very convenient. He was able to diagnose the issue but and fixed it the next day. We were impressed that he was at our house at almost the exact time he said he would be. So when we had a minor issue about a week later we called him back out. He first gave us some tips over the phone to help diagnose and solve it myself, potentially saving us some money. When that didn't work he was out there that day and fixed the issue quickly. I don't think we would call anybody else at this point.

The window of time they gave me was very reasonable, said they would be out between 9:30 and 10am, the tech got to my house at 9:34! I was impressed! Not only was he on time, he did the job fast and correctly! Had my A/C unit fixed in just a few minutes and was very friendly. Didn't cost me nearly as much as I thought it might, so I was surprised and over-all, very happy with the service I received. Great company!

Chum was great. He had me check some things before he determined it needed to be looked at by himself. He explained everything that he was going to do and the charges so there was no surprises. He did a great job. I would recommend him to relatives be friends.
