SUN BLOCK WINDOW FILM

Mark did a great job tinting windows in our house. He was here on time, gave us a fair quote. You can tell he takes pride in his work and his product offering. The tint has completely helped to cool off our hot house that faces due west. I am so happy with the outcome of our tint.

The company rep was very responsive to my concerns and very helpful in my determining the proper product. I had started out looking at window blinds with another company, but realized this option would be much less expensive and would not impede the views, which I love. The first round of installation had some complications, which the rep was expedient about addressing. Apparently there had been an issue with the product, so they reapplied film to the two windows that had problems. Then, once I realized how great the result was, I added two more windows. At all times it was clear to me that my satisfaction--with the product and with the process--was the number one priority of this company.

We had solar film on skylights which needed to be professionally removed due to cracking. We were able to get an appointment quickly and at a convenient time. The service provider did an excellent job. It took him quite a while to get the film completely removed, while standing on a ladder. My husband and I were glad that we hadn't tried to tackle the job ourselves! He was very neat and cleaned up completely. We thought $120 was a very fair price for the work involved. Would definitely recommend.

The Sales Rep was on time and did a thorough evaluation of our windows. Recommended several products by 3M. The cost was very competitive. We opted to go with another provider that uses Vista window film. Would recommend as an installer if you want the 3M window film.

Installer was extremely professional and pleasant (very comfortable having in my home). Quality job! Cleaned up after the job. The owner responded to a question regarding a scratch to the film (from house guests) by coming out to view it himself. The film has substantially affected the temperature of the room (the room was always 5-10 degrees hotter than any other room in the house due to direct sun and large windows). The film has caused that room to be equal in temperature to the other rooms in the house. Would definitely recommend!

He was excellent. He came out when he was supposed to and called ahead of time. He got the job done within a few hours. He did a great job the windows were taken care of. I am pleased with the work.

Service man arrived on time and was very curtieous and profressional. Detailed in his work and careful with the walls as he used a tall ladder to reach some windows.

The owner came out and did the work. He gave us lots of advice and plenty options. We would definitly use them again if we had to. He did an excellent job, and we were very pleased with it.

Initially Mark came over and looked at the job, and then sat down with us to explain the film that he recommended and why. He also gave us a quote for the job. They set up a time about a week later and were very prompt, polite, and considerate during the job. They did a wonderful job on the two skylights in the family room, but needed to reschedule for the one in the bathroom since it was getting to warm. At that time we got another estimate for the windows in the garage. They were back a week later and completed the bathroom skylight and garage windows. They did a fabulous job and we already notice the difference in the heat level in the rooms.

They did an excellent job. They explained everything before they started and did the work on time. They cleaned up after them selves and the film they in stalled on all my windows is doing a great job.

Dealer (Mark) was contacted by phone and scheduled a next-day (Saturday) appointment in my home. Mark came promptly at scheduled time, thoroughly explained qualities of his product and displayed samples for me to evaluate. He took measurements, advised which windows to focus on--did not try to oversell, and, in fact, recommended that I not do some windows I had under consideration. He recommended the degree of sun block that I should use for each window to best serve my needs. He quoted prices in two products, explaining the advantages of each. I contracted for the service, but advised that I hadn't made up my mind about which product I would use. He said he would contact me about 5 days ahead of installation for my decision. I provided a cell number as I would be out of town. Mark offered an installation date about a week and a half out, but I asked for a date about a week later. Mark said installation would begin about 8 AM, and he would be present during the job. I was called and elected to go with the slate film, which was more expensive, but offered somewhat better protection and a better warranty. Mark and his assistant arrived promptly at 8, as promised, and worked steadily until job was completed at 1 PM. Large windows in Great Room & Foyer involved extensive work on a ladder with a cumbersome amount of material. Skylights also involved work on a ladder in the sun room, which was also very hot. Work also required movement of furniture and removal of blinds, but all items were put back in place at conclusion of job. Mark stayed to go over warranty and suggest washing instructions. I was also notified of a defect he found in one window pane.

I would definitely recommend them. They missed one appointment but it was something that could not have been foreseen. They showed up the next day and the film on the windows seems to be doing its job.

Mark arrived as promised (800am) on the day of installation and completed the work competently. The four windows were on the "second" level of the great room, which required use of a large ladder. Normally, my great room is 5-10 degrees above the overall temperature on the first floor. (Great room has a southwestern exposure during the afternoon and late evening hours.) Since the installation, the great room temperature has been lower and more consistent with the rest of the house. My wife and I look forward to the lower energy bills this summer because of the reduced demand on the central A/C unit.

As a Feng Shui practitioner, light and health are important to me. Mark was knowledgeable about his product. I didn't realize there were so many options. He arrived promptly and worked efficiently. My husband inspected every window and door for air bubbles. There were none! People don't even notice the film. Mark did a great job. I have clients throughout the country and recommend Sun Block to them.

Everything went well. Mark was on time and very professional. Though the application is subtle we notice much less glare from our windows.

The owner Mark Repucci came to the house to do the estimate and also accompanied the installers. The quote was more reasonable than competitors and Mark was very knowledgeable and professional. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the promptness in which the work was done.

Installer was prompt, professional, friendly, and did a good job. We are very pleased with the work performed. We are also glad that we had this professionally done instead of doing it ourselves as we originally contemplated. It took professional know-how and special equipment to get a great application.
