I guess it would be better communication with final process in payment. Could not get conformation from Jason if the final bill was paid through Insurance or as I said If not to let me know and I would pay the final bill. Other than that, they actually did a great job. They showed up on time and with-in four or five hours they had both my home and garage roofs; looking all kind of BRAND-NEW :-). For this, I thank you Summit Building. I'm really sorry about the way the Insurance company { NATIONWIDE INSURANCE } handle this. At the end of the day My Family and I thank you for your patient and understanding. Buy the way Jason you are still the MAN!

They were punctual and efficient even coming to repair my chimney flashing in inclement weather. I highly recommend them for quality, value and professionalism.

My experience was I had a lazy inspector, he didn't deliver an inspection that was appropriate or professional. But the manager did call me back only after two weeks of the company not getting in contact with me or Homeadvisor via phone or returning my email I filed a Credit Card Dispute. The company THEN proceeded to get in touch with Homeadvisor and myself. They sent me a check reimbursing me and a letter of apology. In addition, they let me know that the listing discrepancy on HomeAdvisor was remedied.

Everything you could want from a contractor. Work of course is still subject to time because it is a roof repair. But, I don't expect any problems.

When out of his way to help me

The roofers were hard working. They cleaned moss off the roof and left it looking great. They also sealed the area around a chimney. I was, however, puzzled that the estimator felt a roof section was somewhat soft in one place and in need of re-shingling, and the roofers determined it to be unnecessary. I also had to tell the roofers what was ordered because they had not been briefed on the job. Nevertheless, the customer service folks will reassess the situation if we discover that the ceiling under the soft spot continues to deteriorate. I appreciate the company's responsiveness,
