Great job. Quick service. Good price.

I hired them because I had roof leaking. My insurance company only wanted to pay for roof repair when the team boss came out to look at my roof he told me that it would be more to do the work then what was originally estimated. Knowing that my roof needed a lot of work we negotiated a price for replacement. I feel that I can really work with this company.

This was a bad experience. First, they promised to complete the work numerous times before they actually did. It got so bad that they even lied and claimed they came out even though none of my cameras on my home saw them, the person working from home did not see or hear them, and my dogs did not bark, but they bark when packages are delivered if that tells you anything (they never came and had the audacity to lie). Nevertheless, they eventually came back out and did not even contact me as I requested. The person working from home said the person was at the house for less than 10 minutes. During the first steady rain after the alleged repair, the primary leak is still leaking AND more drips are being observed even though this company claimed it would take care of all issues and the roof should be fine for several years. Needless to say, I will be having another company come out to look at what was done and complete the repairs. I can t imagine a worse experience.

We were very pleased with the work Summit performed on our barn. Dominic was quick to come out and prepare an estimate for metal roof repair, new skybelt, gutters, downspouts and gutter guards. The work was top notch, the staff pleasant, and they were very careful not to leave any nails or debris that could potentially injure ours horses. The price was very competitive as well. If we need any future work done, Summit will be our first call. :-)

It was a professional experience with high quality of work

Minor siding repairs and major water damage repair including structural member replacement. Everyone from Summit was very professional. Homero and Carlos were very skilled workers. Jamie and Nathanial provided excellent support to determine and acquire additional materials required to complete the repairs. We were very happy with the determined solution for water damage and the quality of the work. Everything looked great after project was completed, especially considering the extent of the water damage. We would definitely return to to Summit future home projects!
