I had to wait a few weeks for an available day to complete the work, but when that day came, the workers were timely and very neat. They cleaned up everything. I found the company (especially Bryce) to be very polite, professional and timely. He gave me a list of everything that I wanted to be done with the job, and they were all completed to my expectations. I would recommend Summit and I would definitely hire them again.

I called the 3 companies that were recommended and they were the ONLY one's that seemed to show concern and came out the very same day, Very professional and informative. The first rep that came out came to me and said that he did not see any cause for concern BUT would bring out his boss because the issue was most likely different then the original thought of roof leak. Both of them came out and inspected everything and gave suggestions, this was at 8 pm - amazing that someone would care enough to work 'after hours' to take care of a concern! They will be our roofing 'experts' from now on! VERY impressed with everything that they did. One of the roofing 'experts' actually took 2 weeks to finally say they would come out and Jason from Summit was there AND fixed issue BEFORE the other roofing folks said they'd come out to 'look' at issue. Summit ALL the way!!!

The siding on my elderly parents house has been leaking. I hired another contractor to come out and fix it and it still leaked. I contacted Jason at Summit Siding and Roofing and he came out to look. He was the only one to take the time to find the exact source of the leak. He was also honest enough to see that it was something I could easily fix myself and allowed me to fix it and save my elderly parents some money. I have a great deal of respect and trust in these guys and the world needs a lot more just like them. If it leaks Jason will be the first person I call. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for these guys. An absolute A+++ company and even better people!

Jason Kear is a true professional. From start to finish he was careful to explain all aspects of the project. His concern for our comfort level was as unexpected as it was reassuring. We searched high and low for the right contractor, interviewing and gathering estimates from half a dozen different companies. Summit Building stood out for several reasons and after meeting with Jason we both agreed that he was the right choice, and we were right! First off they are family owned and operated. Secondly, from the start they consistently responded to our questions/concerns, where others would fail to even return our calls. Number three; Jason's professionalism extended to the members of his crew as well. Each of them were courteous, professional and talented. Now fourth and by no means last, Jason's ability to coordinate between our insurance provider and ourselves was absolutely top-notch. His contacts within the industry proved invaluable in assuring us that we received full value of the repairs we needed. Unwilling to simply settle for the initial adjustment, he went the extra mile to prove the values to which we were entitled. This resulted in a much higher quality finished product. Replaced my roof and gutters, and cleaned up so well that when I got home that day, I wouldn't have known they had been there-except for the new roof and gutters, of course!! They were pleasant to work with, and no high pressure sales-just quality work at a great price. Hire them, you will have no regrets.

Very responsive. Was fine that it was not a huge roofing job just a few maintenance issues.
