Jason and his team did a wonderful job. The roof looks great, the cleanup was spotless (I'm pretty sure the yard and driveway were cleaner when they left than when they arrived). The entire crew was courteous and very efficient. Most important of all, at every step of the process I felt that Jason was completely honest and his every suggestion was made with unmatched integrity. Definitely will be referring my friends to Summit.

I hired Jason/Summit roofing for a complete tear off roof job. I knew he was a man of integrity when doing my estimate he saw a seal was bad around one of the pipes and replaced it without asking or saying anything. This was BEFORE he ever got the job. He was not the cheapest, but I felt for a major project I wanted someone I could trust, someone who would stand behind his work. I ended up hiring the cheapest bid for some other home repairs, and he proved to be less than honorable. When Jason came for final walk around/check out I was relaying the story to him and he took time to make some calls to find someone in that line of work who could possibly help. Summit doesn't do it all, they just do roofing, and they do it very well.

In addition to installing the vinyl siding on my home, Summit Building Company replaced my entire gutter system, did some chimney repairs, hung new shutters and installed a new front door. GREAT JOB ALL AROUND!!! Even my "overly-critical" neighbors have stopped by to compliment the quality of workmanship. Everything looks top notch ... no shortcuts taken here! Jason is an honest, fair and reliable contractor. He is a man of great integrity and will be the first one I call for any future work. I would recommend hiring this company. He was responsive and true to his word. He came when he said he would, he provided multiple estimates the job was completed early and for the amount he quoted. He even checked back to make sure everything was working.
