This is a multi day visit. Day one they removed 2 baby raccoons. Day two they were unable to capture any but the mother and 3 babies remained they continue to work with us to remove the raccoons. Both John and Chris have been amazing during this whole process.

The technician arrived on time and knew immediately what the problem was. He told us about this particular variety of bees and explained how he would get rid of them. He also noticed that one of our hedges was infested with mosquitoes, and he sprayed the hedge as well. We no longer have any bees or mosquitoes. The technician was polite, professional, and informative.

They showed up on time and I was very pleased with their work. They made sure to answer all my questions.

They were on time, very professional. helped to explain to us what was going on and how to deal with the problem and how to prevent the issue in the future beyond having them come back out.

The tech who came out to do the treatment did spend a significant amount of time at our house doing the treatment. A very wide area on the ground around the exterior of our home was also treated. Despite that, we had ants reappear a few days later. Part of their guarantee was that they would do an additional treatment at no charge within 60 days if we had further issues. The same tech came out again to treat the kitchen area. We have not had any problems since.

Called Stryker to set appointment for annual ant infestation. They were quick to respond and take care of the problem. This is the 3rd year I have used this company, and I am highly satisfied with their work. The bait they use is very effective, and they guarantee results for 60 days, so if the initial appointment doesn't quite get the job done, they'll come out and re-treat for free.

Well. The service person was punctual and got the work done quickly.

We thought we had termites and called for an inspection. He came out later that day and said we had carpenter ants, not termites. They returned in about a week to treat. They were very timely and professional. We would definitely hire again.

I used him when he was with another company and stayed with him when he went out on his own. He is so good. He really takes care of the problem. For the ants he tracks them and figures out where they are coming from and puts the stuff down but you don't see it. The ants just disappear. No one could get rid of my carpenter ants, but he could. He found out where they were and got rid of them. I have a contract where he comes a few times a year, so when I got these little sugar ants it was covered. He sprays our big trees. He sprays everything. He is awesome. He watched where they were going and they were gone the same day. I had them in my kitchen and in my bathroom and he had this little syringe. He put it in the right spots. He put it right in their line where they were going. It had a needle at the end of it so it was such a thin line you couldn't see the clear stuff.

They did have to come two or three times. I think that is normal though. They were here when they said they would be. It took them 20 minutes to spray and I had to leave the house unguarded while they did so. I will use them again because they are going to take care of carpenter bees I have in the front railing.

John, the owner, stop in the first time. He is very personable and professional. He walk me through the process to make me feel comfortable. I end up had to call them back three additional times, and they were very happy to do so. I personally own few properties. I will definitely use Stryker in the future for any of my properties.

Very well! Arrived promptly. Inspected attic, took pictures, identified problem. Treated problem. Very professional. A breath of fresh air after a previous company gave me an estimate for thousands of dollars.

Michael came and checked for mice in attic. He told me there was nothing to worry about. He would oblige if I wanted a service but I was happy with his honest opinion. There was no charge for this service call. I will definitely call Stryker Pest Control if any pest problems occur.

Stryker Pest Control is staffed by uncommonly professional individuals. The tech immediately found the entry point and left two traps. One squirrel was trapped and removed the next day. I secured the entry point, and no others were found after that. From my first call, to the visit by the technician, to the follow up calls…and to the last visit by the technician who picked up the traps - - everyone was polite, professional and courteous. The fee was extremely reasonable, and I will recommend their services to anyone who asks for a recommendation.

I could not have asked more from Jim. He answered my questions over the phone and was able to fit my service within a half hour! I was lucky he had a cancellation, but couldn't have been more pleased with Jim and his team. I will only use Jim for all of my future needs and would recommend them to anyone in need of pest removal.

Stryker Pest Control came out and set traps in my basement due to a concern with mice. They were professional and took care of the job efficiently. I've always heard that pest control companies try to sell you additional services but I was happy to see that this was not the case with Stryker. I would definitely call them again if I had another issue.
