Ants are gone.
Description of Work: Ants coming through the patio/deck area into the house. Technician was on time and communicated the process addressing my concerns. Came back a week later for a second application at no charge. Then did the exterior.

Description of Work: The company advertises a free inspection and estimate. When I called, I spoke with a receptionist who seemed to have no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned certain services. This was reflected in the fact that when the exterminator called back, the information he was given did not line up with my needs. He assumed he was coming out for service without ever having an inspection, which seemed bizarre to me. I corrected that assumption and we scheduled an inspection. | |The inspector, who is apparently also the owner of the company, showed up REEKING of cigarette smoke. It was frankly sickening. He was very direct, which I appreciated, but he did almost no actual inspection of the area. He stood a few feet away from the trouble area, noticed that I had a fireplace, and decided that he had figured out the problem. This may or may not be true, but it seemed very dismissive. Again, I have absolutely no evidence one way or the other as to this company's quality of work. | |The inspector seemed concerned that the price would be a deterrent, but for the work he described, the price seemed reasonable. More work, better work is worth more. I had no problem with his prices, but his arrogant certainty without any real inspection was off-putting.

Thank you taking the time to leave a review. While it is true we do offer free inspections, and that is what we did for you as you requested. You had asked us to inspect and maybe seal holes to stop stink bugs from entering your home- mainly your family room. This is not something we offer as a service, and of course adds to the confusion of the girl in our office - We did explain to you also, the best time to treat stink bugs is typically in the fall. Most companies will also agree with this. You seemed to believe the stink bugs were making their way through your windows, however when we inspected, the windows were sealed nicely and the only other entry point to the room was the fireplace. Stink bugs, along with other flying insects will make their way down the chimney and enter the room to follow warmth during late fall-early spring. So we explained to you that we do not "seal" chimneys and could not help you with that. Yes, yes the owner does smoke - sorry that bothers you. We ALL have our faults. Again, thank you for your review.

Description of Work: Squirrels in the attic! Who do you call? 2nd / 3rd story, ladders, removal, trap and release? No thank you! This type of work is for someone who does it regularly, they know how and where to trap, they know how long to trap, they remove the pest from the area - making it hard for them to return. All things I'm not equipped to do. All for a fair price! GOOD COMPANY - RECOMMENDED

Description of Work: Set rat traps, inspected my whole property in particular "hiding" places for rats. He also gave me recommendations on how to "rat proof" my property (e.g., rake up piles of leaves and throw out). Was very educational. Even checked my basement.

Description of Work: Purchased interior pest control for ants in kitchen. Tech came out and provided service which came with a 30 day guarantee. Recontacted for additional service call after two weeks as still seeing ants. Second treatment seems to have taken care of problem at this time. Very happy with this service; used them last year and will not hesitate to use them again should they be needed.
