John (the owner) came out to access the situation. He spent a great deal of time with me explaining how they gained access to the area. We discussed the cost and a plan of action on how to resolve the problem. John also took the time to show me how to bait and re-set the traps if needed. John informed me I could purchase the traps myself to save money but I decided to have him set the traps. He came back out as soon as I informed him there were animals in the traps. He thoroughly checked the point of entry to determined if there was any damage and to make sure there were no animals in the attic before placing a barrier to keep them from regaining access again until I can have the board replaced. The cost was exactly as we had discussed. John is extremely knowledge, professional and was a pleasure to work with. I have and will continue to refer his company to my family, friends and neighbors. We initially called a bigger national chain pest control company to deal with the family of possums living under our deck. After having a terrible experience with that company - poor customer service, incredibly high prices, and an irresponsible technician who let our dog out of our yard - we decided to call Stryker. The owner came out personally the next day to assess the situation. He was much more thorough than the big national chain - spending over an hour assessing our property to determine where the possums were getting in and prepared to take any with him that he found that day (as compared to the national guy who was in and out in 10 minutes and set a few traps). He provided recommendations on how to prevent future possums from making a home under our deck that were far more reasonable than the quotes the big guy gave us. When you have critters in your house you want to feel confident in having someone to call without having to deal with a service provider who gouges their prices. I hope we never have to call an exterminator again, but if we do, Stryker is the only company I'd call.

I called four companies, one could't get out for five days, one called me back two days later, one never called me back. John Addair, owner of Stryker, was at my house less than an hour later. He thoroughly checked the house, ready to wrangle the varmint if he could find it. He figured out how it was probably getting in and left a couple of traps. He was right about how the raccoon was getting and the problem was solved. John is extraordinarily knowledgeable and very customer oriented. I will always call him first.

We heard scratching noise behind a kitchen wall. Amber searched for evidence of mice and discovered several tunnels in the attic space that mice had created. She then put bait traps in various areas of the house. She was very efficient knowledgeable and professional. She arrived on time, in fact a little earlier than scheduled. Also sold us a bag to absorb odor since it seems one of our furry little friends perished inside the wall. ( Better in than out ). I would recommend this company. In fact already gave the number out

Amber arrived promptly and looked at the house, found evidence, and set traps. She explained the process and was really pleasant to work with. She emphasized the need to keep the traps should we ever need to use the services again. Very quick service!

I discovered a problem on Friday, 5/8/15. By the next day (a Saturday) at 3:00pm the problem was fixed. Now that is service! The owner of the company personally did the work with his assistant. They were amazing. They arrived right on time, performed the work quickly and even helped me fix an exterior issue caused by the birds. They did all of this AT BELOW the estimated cost. Not only would I use them again, but I would happily recommend them to anybody needing their services. A+

For the mice, they did an assessment of the basement and outside and setup the necessary traps to cover their likely path to/from the outside. We've not seen them since. For the squirrels, he was able to identify the point of entry through a small entry point on the roof. He advised that we needed to get them trapped before sealing the entry point. He laid out a couple of traps with bait. They caught 2 right away but the last one took over 2 months to capture. They were very patient and had to make a couple trips to make adjustments/working with us. Overall, they didn't try to "sell" us a yearly contract, they focused on the problem and worked to get it resolved. Highly recommended!

The Stryker employees were prompt and courteous, and explained what they found and what they did about it. I'd use them again.

Everything is exactly how they promised me. I live out in the country and HATE bugs, so I pay them to make my home a little more "city" like :) I get the cornfields and land and I get it without mice and spiders. Win-Win! I would HIGHLY recommend them. They will come out for free to discuss it all with you. You can sign up for a program, pay for an initial service, or just pick their brain.

Stryker arrived exactly when they said they would. Walked me all over the house showing me problem areas/evidence of the critters. They laid poison stations and then instructed me to not throw them away because if I have an issue again, they come refill them for half price. They were extremely patient with my many questions and made sure I knew exactly how to proceed. Extremely happy and will definitely use again if necessary. (Though I hope that it's not...)

Stryker Pest Control provided excellent service. Inspected my attic for rodent and found mice. Place a treatment to get the mice out of attic Gave a through explanation on the treatment and what to expect. At this time there was no trace of mice inside the house. He was proactive and place traps inside the house near area they may appear. Provided helpful tips on how to stop the entry point in the garage area. Styker Pest made the process of finding out you have mice and then the remove not so stressful. In the future I would use service again if I need too.

Very kind and helpful. Helped identify what was in my house and the best plan of attack! Due to the treatment, 2 sprays had to be done. Due to my emergency-filled summer, John even did some major clean up for me after the first round of treatment. Very quick and easy to schedule and he was right on in to come and fix the problem.

He was very professional and gave helpful advice about future care.

John was excellent. On time & very informative. Advised about other seasonal "bugs" that we may see. Also gave us tips on how to continue to prepare for the changing of the seasons. I had a infestation of carpentar ants and could not stand it any longer. Called and this company came right out and took care of it. The owner John Addair was great and a really nice person to talk to, not trying to use technical garb, just did what was needed and told me cost that was worth calling.
