Purchased a customs sliding glass door. Team was very professional until they receive my money. After I paid, they took a few weeks to coordinate with the installer. When the installation was being completed, installer broke a custom part of the door. Told me he would have a replacement part that Monday. When Monday arrived he told me it would take two weeks. They didn’t seem to care that I had a broken, half installed door during the winter months. Asked them to rush the order but they wouldn’t. Of course it took three weeks to get the new piece, not two as they originally quoted. When it arrived the installer told me he was booked up with other jobs. Finally got it installed some 4 weeks after my original install date. This company could care less about its customers. Repeatedly told me they had other jobs to complete before my job could bedone. Then to top it all off, the installer( the one who broke the door) sent me a bill that was more than my original quote. Never use this company!!!!

There was a major problem with the supplier. Major delays resulted from the problems. The installation service was excellent. It was very, very good. The price was competitive. It was about what I expected.
