Roof guard bid 1500 dollars to replace two vents Krause bid 1100 dollars to replace three vents did not send a written bid nor return my two phone calls and text. Storm proof bid 650. For one vent Was not happy with large differences

Stormproof Roofing called me back before I was even done clicking through the Angi quotes request form. They had a technician to my house that same afternoon and performed the repair onsite. However, I have no way to tell the quality of the work yet until it rains again, but I am sure it will prove to be a positive experience. It was costly, but I am not familiar with the going cost, to which it was explained to me in detail by the rep. Overall , I was very pleased with the customer service and the technicians.

Vince was great on the phone and reviewed my pictures of the back half of my roof right away. I needed 5 fresh air vents and new boots for Radon, Furnace, Waste Line and Hot Water Tank Exhaust Vent Stacks on the back half of the roof as well. They installed new Ice Shield as well and replaced all the surrounding shingles around each of the 9 openings. All the work was clean and tight and very professional looking. It all worked great w/o a hitch. I know this firsthand because we had a good soaking rain storm the next day. Their Tech, Moreno, knew exactly what he was doing. Craftsman like work. Zippo problems. Great Stuff. A+.

Had a leak from the roof into the master bath. Stormproof came out the next day, right on schedule, quickly assessed the issue and made the repair that afternoon. Walter and the team were prompt, friendly, and professional and left the space they were working in cleaner than they found it.

Storm Proof is the way to go. They are fast professional and do it right the first time. The communication was smooth and easy. It was definitely refreshing to have someone come through and make good on what he told me. He definitely cares about his line of work. I had a really serious emergency with my roof. A storm absolutely destroyed it. The integrity of the was gone. So I needed a new roof along with some repairs to the siding. I was in a hurry to get it done but I called a lot of companies because I know it was going to be expensive. Most companies wanted to charge me just for coming out or couldnt get me on the schedule for days. But I didnt have that kind of time. I called Storm proof. The guy I spoke to was Vince. Gave me a free estimate and was able to come out within a few hours after I talked with him. He was quick and very professional. The thing that really stood out to me. Is that I didnt feel like he was pushy with me. (You know how pushy contractors can be). Super nice guy He was very reasonable with pricing. His crew was fast and efficient and clean. Once they said they were done. They actually were. I didnt have to call them back and complain. My last experience with a roofing company was horrible. It was a simple repair but they left tools everywhere and had to come back 2 times to actually fix the problem. Storm proof is One and done.

Vince was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Made the process super simple, quickly came out and assessed our project and got us the estimate in 48 hours. Was absolutely the best we met in terms of helping us understand what was needed for us now as well as for the future of our home. After signing contract project started a week later and was finished in their estimated time line as promised. The crew was amazing with clean up and as Vince promised treated the property as if it was his own. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of roofing work.
