+ 0 moreBrad and his employees handled all aspects of receiving service in an above average and efficient manner. I contacted him initially through his website to obtain an estimate for a full house package (house, sidewalk, driveway), plus retaining wall and roof cleaning. He responded within a couple days with some miscommunication over an email which was resolved quickly. He answered my questions and offered a competitive price. I was really seeking a fair price with someone who could clean the moss off of my roof without using high pressure washing and damaging the shingles. His company offered this and specified that it as not high pressure. A date was set for 3-4 weeks out. Brad arrived with his father and another coworker. Brad was extremely detailed in his work. I inspected afterward and Brad further detailed a couple areas on the porch and retaining wall that the other workers had missed. All of the employees were very nice, professional and worked well together. Brad had a very positive attitude and wanted to make sure that his customer was satisfied. Excellent work and I will definitely hire again!

+ 0 moreWe worked with Brad and Tessa at Stillwater Pressure Washing in July for low-pressure house & porch washing and gutter cleaning. We are very satisfied with the process and the quality of their work. Requesting a quote via the [*** Link removed ***] website was quick and easy. The pricing was in line with other quotes we had. Tessa followed up and customized our work order based on what we wanted to be done. Scheduling was easy. They sent an appointment reminder a few days in advance and the crew arrived ON time! We were pleased with their work and professionalism. What a nice difference to come home every day and no longer see algae on the side of the house, or fear that debris in the gutters will cause water damage to the house when it rains. We’ll keep Stillwater Pressure Washing on our list to call again. Thanks!

+ -1 moreI saw Brad completing a job on another home in my neighborhood as I was walking the dog and decided to take a chance! As I approached he was friendly and gave me a quote on the spot-- which was the best I'd heard by the way-- and sent me the estimate right then! He was able to come out the next day and even called me when I forgot to close a couple windows. Our house looks AMAZING! My husband (who was hesitant) was surprised and pleased. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and would hire again.

+ -1 moreHighly recommended. Brad squeaked us in due to a cancellation. They showed up when promised and spent 3 hours on site cleaning the outside of our two story house. Our house hadn't been cleaned in over 8 years and really needed the cleaning. They did an excellent job and our home looks much better. The guys were very friendly and thorough. Definitely will use them again.

Stillwater Pressure Washing Ohio offers the following services: Soft House Wash - Our "LOW PRESSURE" house wash process is the most effective and safest way to clean the exterior of your home. We remove all of the algae, lichen, dirt and cobwebs from your siding, gutter faces, downspouts, and trims bringing a new fresh appearances. This process begins with our Green X Algae pre-wash to help eliminate any algae growing on the surface followed by a low pressure wash to protect the integrity of the siding. Great for vinyl, hardie board, stone, brick, and stucco siding.
Roof Cleaning - Do you see black stains (gloeocapsa magma) on the roofs shingles? This is very common in Ohio's climate, caused by bacteria growth due to the lack of sunlight on the north side of the roof or large trees shading the shingles. Our roof cleaning process is the approved and recommended method by the Asphalt Roofing Manufactures Association (ARMA). This is a complete "LOW PRESSURE" process to protect the integrity and life expectancy of your roof.
Concrete Cleaning & Sealing - This is most popular for driveways, walkways, and patios/pads. It's simple, we take all of the dirt and grime off the surface leaving a streak free fresh look! Sealing/waterproofing consists of a 2+ day process and protects from salt intrusion, rebar corrosion and spalling, and repels water from the surface. Day 1 we will complete the cleaning of the concrete. Day 2 on a dry day with the low temperatures of 40 degrees or above we will apply the waterproofing sealant. This process requires a 24 hour dry time before the concrete can be driven on.
Paver Cleaning - This includes surface cleaning of the pavers to remove any dirt, algae, and weeds on the surface. *It’s recommended the homeowner kills the weeds prior to the cleaning. Although we can get 90% of the weeds on the surface removed there may still be roots left in the ground which can create regrowth if not killed.
Deck Cleaning - Includes removal of organic stains (algae) on wood or composite (trex, pvc) decking.
