Quick response and scheduling to meet my needs.

The inspector is NOT professional. I have to find some problems by myself. He inspects the roof only by standing on the ground. No smoke detection inspection. No toilet leakage inspection. Report is unprofessional. The worst part is it took him 7 days to send the report.

Quintin worked me into schedule quickly so I could get utility issues resolved. He seemed very informative, gave very useful information about codes, renovation options etc. The price was discounted because some systems weren't operational, which I really appreciated!! Seagate Inspections (referred by real estate agency) was going to charge me MORE than competitive rate, and refused to give discount. The report from Stillwater Inspection was emailed quickly, with pics. I WILL be using Still Water Inspection again for my next purchase!!
