I highly recommend Stay Dry Waterproofing. Tyler and his team were incredibly professional, timely, and wonderful to work with. They made multiple trips to our home (over an hour away for them) to remediate a surprise mold problem. Tyler's documentation was top notch and he even complied an email that included pictures, a detailed account of their findings, and information of how they remediated the mold that we can share with our contractor. Tyler, Troy, Mykayla and the whole team - THANK YOU! You made our first major surprise as new homeowners so much less daunting and stressful than it would have been otherwise.

Crew was very professional and hardworking. They ran into some major hiccups due to the nature of the land and overcame it with outstanding and effective results finding appropriate solutions.

I put in a request for a possible job months ago, I went a different direction but they still are calling me, it's annoying and I'll never be interested in any future needs if this is how you treat clients or potential clients. Edit, I review that they keep bugging me so the owner texted asking to remove the review and threatening me with lawyers, enjoy your conversation with the bbb too, yikes.

While here they asked to see my basement where the water damage was. They stressed how the source of the water was due to a cracked foundation, there were two technicians here including the owner. He went on to say how my basement was one of the worst he had ever seen, and how this was a major, major issue. It was definately my foundation and it would need to be pushed back into place and braced. Our basement is finished, so this would require the entire wall where cabinets, bathroom shower etc are located to be completely ripped off in order to do this. Quoted me $ 22k just for the foundation work, not including the putting back together. Basically tried to scare me into it, mentioning how severe it was. - It had not rained in Columbus in weeks, yet my water in the basement kept increasing. Called yet another company for an estimate, and it was discovered that my leak was an inside copper pipe, at a joint. The water was not coming from my foundation, but the pipe, this other company removed the drywall to check the foundation, my foundation was perfectly dry. No dampness at all. I am writing this review to warn others on Stay Dry Waterproofing attempt to basically rip me off. ***Update*** This is in response to my previous review with Stay Dry Waterproofing. They still claim that there is something wrong with my foundation, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. Had three other reputable companies look at it and they all said the same. There is not issue with it. The basement was finished, due to copper pipe leak the drywall was removed on the wall they claimed had a foundation issue. Foundation was not wet, nor did it have mold, nor did it have a bow. It is in excellent condition. Had Mammoth Restoration due the cleaning and restoration, they are reputable and do excellent work. I would stay clear of Stay Dry, the owner claimed my house was the worst he had ever seen with water damage. Trying to use scare tactics. I would discourage anyone from using them.

The team from Stay Dry was very professional. They were informative and transparent when describing what the work would entail and sent me pictures and updates throughout the day. They went out of their way to provide a thorough service. It is hard to know who to trust when having mold remediated because the levels of training and expertise are very different across companies. They are skilled and they care about the quality of their work and customer service. I will hire them again for the next project.

I couldn’t have asked for a better customer experience. Mark and his team came through for us in a big way. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and made us feel like we were the only customer - rarely do you have something go according to plan and completed on time. Stay Dry Waterproofing kept us updated on progress the whole time and completed the work way before we ever thought it could be done. I will be recommending this company to any friends who have water drainage/ foundational issues, whether it’s their primary residence or real estate investment property!

Stay Dry Waterproofing did some crawlspace work for me. Some of the interior walls were separating from the ceiling, due to a soil expansion problem, so they installed foundation support beams which fixed the problem. They also cleaned/fumagated the crawlspace because they found some fungus/mold. Lastly, they installed an interior perimeter drain system that they connected to the existing waterpump basin. I am absolutely satisfied with all the work! The crew did a great job! I spoke to the crew lead a couple times during the project and he took the time to explain, in detail, everything they were doing and how it was going...he was very informative. It made me confident they were on top of things. Mark Menton (Company President) did the initial inspection which led to work being done. He took photos to show his findings and went over everything in detail and provided me with different options to solve the issues. He was easy to work with and a true professional. After we agreed on the best approach to address the problems he provided an itemized cost list for the project. The cost was very reasonable and very competitive to other estimates I had done. I went with Stay Dry Waterproofing because of their high ratings on their reviews and Mark's professionalism...I'm glad I did. I highly recommend them!

Be leary/use caution . We had a small crack with minor water seepage in our basement. Got several quotes to fix the issue at minimal cost with lifetime transferable warranty from other companies. I was immediately told within 5 minutes of arrival that my entire basement would need waterproofed. After questioning based on previous estimates- estimator changed his solution to fix but wouldn’t offer a transferable warranty. He even called after leaving and left a voicemail to say he “misspoke” and then said they actually could offer a lifetime transferable warranty. We went from a $15,000 repair to a $2800 repair in a matter of 30 minutes. I sincerely hope no one has been taken advantage of by this company.

The entire waterproofing job was done in 5 days, Monday to Friday. There was a lot of work that needed to be done and it was quite extensive. All work was done according to the original quote plus there was an additional work that needed to be done that was not picked up by the original quote. We had expected some unforeseen "surprises" due to the horrible condition of the basement walls and knew in advance that this may happen. (and it did) Aside from that, everything was done according to contract and a few extra things were done that we were not charged extra for. That was a very nice gesture on the part of Stay Dry Waterproofing. We would highly recommend using Stay Dry Waterproofing to fix up your basement issues. Pictures submitted here only show one side of the basement. The entire perimeter of the basement was worked on and waterproofed.

Showed up on time. Worked like maniacs, I would never have guessed that much heavy hard work could be done in only two days. The crew was very professional, polite and considerate. Left the basement looking as clean as it was when they got there. During and after pics attached. I didn't have a before in the crawl space but it is so much better now.

Went well. Took longer than expected due to the size of the basement. Communication was excellent throughout. Added 2 sump pumps as well.

They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

The sealing of the foundation went well, I am very pleased with that. The pipe replacement happened within a few days of them telling me they would get it done. However when they cut through the pipe, they also cut through my siding! I called the sales guy I had been dealing with, Paul, and he said he would pay for the repairs or they could send someone out. That was 1/12/19 I had a handy man ready to drywall the wall, so I had my guy fix their mistake and let them know it would be $100.00 for the repair. Paul said they would credit my credit card. It has now been 2 weeks and my I have not received my refund.

The quote was fair, the crew showed up on time and went right to work. There were a lot of random items thrown in the crawlspace that they cleaned out. They treated a small part of mold they found and installed insulation board before encapsulating the space. I can tell a difference in temperature just in time for the coldest part of winter!

I am about 94% confident that all went well, but am always cautious about how things will be a year from the date of project. Hopefully there will be no problems down the road., Nate and others were nice to deal with . 8,900.00

My experience with Stay Dry was great! They arrived on time for my estimate. The Foreman actually came to do the estimate and there was no high pressure sales tactic involved. He didn't refuse to do an estimate because my husband wasnt home. He was straight forward and honest regarding my issues and told me exactly what he could do, and a ballpark estimate. Took 30 mins. Within 24 hours the owner emailed me a quote. I just had the work completed today, the crew is respectful and they did a great job. Great communication throughout the process, would definitely recommend these guys. They know their stuff.

Fast quote, fair price, started our project right away. We had a damp and moldy basement that leaked when it rained. They did a mold remediation process and then re-did our downspout drains that had become separated or clogged. Mark followed up throughout the process and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the project. We felt well served and we'd hire again if needed. Thanks!

Very well, cleaned up great and professional

did not complete 3 treat of insulation....had to ask for the second one. had to have daughter go up in main attic with rake to level blown in insulation. was supposed to sweep with hepa vac the garage attic....swept with broom....and not very well. Less
