The 9 unit exterior paint job was very challenging as it was a victorian style building. The wood porches had lots of tough trim designs, we used about 8 different colors on the project, so the job needed lots of attention to detail to execute the job. This was a pretty high profile property and required a great contractor. The next job was not nearly as tough, just and interior of a retail shell and it was completed on time and within the budget. I would do business with Stauffer's agin. Thanks!

Jerry and his team did a great job. We were really hoping to get the job done in a short amount of time do to a family party we were having. Jerry was able to shuffle some projects around and get us taken care of within days. We had a two story foyer as well as a large living room and large kitchen all painted. Jerry's team was able to complete the entire job in 2 days and boy does it look great!!

I bought the "Deal" for 2 painters for 8 hours. Jerry Stauffer came out to the house to check on the scope of the work necessary to be done. While at the house he actually offered advise to my wife on colors she had picked out. The work we wanted done could not be done within the parameters of the "deal" time limits. He worked with me to get work done for a small additional charge that was acceptable to both of us. I also needed the work done very soon and he was willing to accommodate my needs. The workers came when expected and were personable and very detail oriented. They ran into a problem with the wall prep but they were able to get through the issues and complete the work as scheduled. The results were very good and I am very pleased. I am currently considering an estimate from them to paint the exterior of my house. I find their prices to be fair and reasonable. The quality of their work is very good and I trust them to do what is asked quickly, professionally and satisfactorily.

Usually long lead time to get them on the calendar because they are in such demand. Great work at a good price. Very very detail oriented, they painted as meticulously as I do. Which I appreciated very much.

I have an old home with cedar shake on the walls. It was in great need of painting. I checked out several painters. Jerry's company was the first to give me a decent quote. Jerry did everything as promised. The house looks better now than it has in many years. His staff were friendly, courteous, and easy to work with. The guy who came to do the work was a hard worker and did a great job. He did a really excellent job and he was helpful with regards to consultation.

This is the second time I have used Stauffer's Painting. Both times they were prompt, professional and the work was top notch. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I called Stauffers painting and Jerry Stauffer came out to the house and discussed what I wanted done. The next day he emailed me the estimate to replace any bad wood, caulk, and paint the trim, gutters, garage door and front door. A crew of three painters arrived on July third and completed all the work in one day. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. They also wire brushed the chimney cap and paint it. I would definitely use Stauffers again. They also accepted a $100 discount from Angie's list.

I called Stauffer's and several other companies early fall last year. I met with Jerry at my home and we discussed what I wanted. We walked the permimeter of the house to fully flesh out the work I wanted done. A broken out written estimate was promptly provided. I waited too long to contact Jerry in the fall to have the house painted then. In February, I contacted Jerry to see if the estimate was still good and to go ahead and get on his schedule. It was. In April, Jerry contacted me to see if I was ready for them to proceed. I was. They started soon after. I met with the Chris on the day they arrived to start. He described what they were going to be doing. They proceeded to start cleaning and scraping. At the end of each day, they cleaned up all the paint chips and such. The job took about 2 weeks from start to finish. Jerry stopped by at least twice to review the progress.

Of the estimates I received, they were one of the lower estimates. There were three or four crew members doing the work and supervising. They completed the job in two days and spent about four or five hours on the job each day. They were all right. I was happy with the cost. However, they were a little sloppy and I had to follow behind them and point out where they needed to scrape paint from the windows. I had them clean up most of the large paint chips that fell after having to scrape them off, but they did leave behind some of the smaller ones. I would not hire them if I was not going to be home to supervise the job.

|They did a good job however, they had to return to put on the second coat. Once that was finished all was well.

The person who came out was profesionally and really nice. I dont know anything about furnances and he explained everything clearly. He was quick and we were so happy to have heat back in the house :) They also came out within 2 hours of me calling. I love this company and highly recommend them!!

Jerry was good to deal with and the crew did a good job. However, there was a section missed on a facia board on the front porch. It looked like they missed where the ladder was leaning against the front porch. I called Jerry several times from June to August and asked him to send someone to touch it up. He kept saying he would get me on the schedule and never showed up. I am now hiring a painter to paint my interior and won't request a quote from Jerry.

It went well. They were very prompt in setting up time, coming out and getting the quote. they were too high. They were very nice and professional especially since the property was not clean since it was a rental.

Our kitchen walls had some water damage from a leaky roof and they were covered with old, dingy wallpaper and border that needed to be removed. On the day the work began, Jerry Stauffer introduced me to our painter, Fred, and went over all the work to be completed during the next two days. Fred moved furniture as needed, used plenty of drop cloths, and cleaned up meticulously. We felt that we got an expert job and are very happy with the results.

Overall, very pleased with the service. Only hiccup occurred after issuing the estimate - Jerry was out of the country for about a week, so we weren't able to get answers to a couple of questions until he returned. We almost ended up going with a different contractor during the wait, but I'm glad that patience prevailed. The job was completed professionally, in a timely manner, and at a very reasonable price.

Jerry was very professional and pleasant to work with, his crew was a completely different story. The job took over a week to complete because the crew was very unreliable. I was told by one crew member that his partner quit after the first day (just a power wash) because a bigger job lined up. This turned out to be the beginning of very inconsistent service. I never knew whether one or two painters would be there. On July 5th, no one showed up and I was told on the 6th "that Red, White, and Boom got out of hand." They seemed to care less that they were representing the Stauffer name. I wish that Jerry had followed up in some way after the service was complete. He was not present for a walk through nor did I get a call about how the service went. In the end, there were only minor quality issues with the work done. The inconsistent service and lack of professionalism among the contracted staff is why I will not be using this company again.

Call and made appointment with Jerry, another job has canceled so he was able to start sooner. Came by house and provided me a price for the work that I considers fair. All work was done after a few rain days with no problems. Jerry would call and keep me update if they could not get any work done on the bad weather days.

The house was painted in excellent fashion and in very respectable time frame. Start to finish was probably less than a week.

The crew arrived promptly as scheduled, reviewed the scope of the work with me before starting, and were very professional in both their work and the manner in which they interacted with me from start to finish. They gave me excellent advice regarding repairs needed to existing wood trim and window sills, and were able to handle the needed repairs quickly with excellent results. Our home's exterior was pretty weathered and tired-looking at the start. Jerry Stauffer's crew gave it a thorough makeover that looks crisp and up-to-date. They went beyond the scope of the work to paint the glider on our front porch to match the 2nd story shutters. This pulled a needed touch of color to our front door entryway. Thanks guys for a job well done!

I did receive a competitive quote in the mail, which appeared thorough. My initial request for the quote was not acknowledged, so receiving the quote was a bit of a surprise. Most other service providers will return the call or email confirmation of the intent to come by. All told, the quote was good, if late.

The owner did good follow through. The worker was not very pleasant. When I would say something to him, he seemed offended and didn't want to hear my opinion. He wasn't too open to hearing what I was talking about but the owner did come out and he agreed with me. I would use them again. The pricing was good. They did fix the things that I asked them to fix. The owner was great and the worker was the one that I had the problems with.
