WERE HAPPY WITH THE WAY OUR FAMILY ROOM AND DOORS LOOK, BUT IT HAS TAKEN MANY HOURS TO CLEAN UP OUR HOME. WE WERE NEVER SURE WHAT TIME THEY WOULD SHOW UP. THE WORKERS WERE POLITE, BUT AFTER NEGATIVE ABOUT THE JOB, THE DIFFICULTY OF PAINTING THE PANELING, THE STAIRS, THE FIBERGLAS DOOR, WE LOST OUR CONFIDENCE IN THEM.

Jerry was courteous and responsive, with high standards for the work. The ''final product'' was of high quality. Crew, however, did not meet my standards of professionalism.

As in past experience with Jerry and his crews, the work was thorough, meticulous and exceeded our expectations. We rely on his expertise in deciding what to do with various painting projects. Crews work on weekends to avoid prolonging projects. They do a very good job of cleaning up. You would never know that painters had been there.

I got three estimates for this job. Jerry came in in the middle but was able to start the work right away. I found him straightforward and easy to work with. His very experienced crew oak great pains to make the rooms look sharp-- scraped away a lot of old caulk and repaired joints as well as painting the sides of some trim (we had not contracted for the trim to be painted) so edges would be nice. We added some elements to the job midway, as well as an additional coat in one room, and the price for these was quite reasonable. We hit a glitch in one room, where paint bubbled up after each coat -- even when they let it cure for a week before recoating. At our request, they had used paint from Lowe's in that room because Benjamin Moore couldn't get the color right. The paint was clearly inferior! They did two extra coats without charge and although we were left with a few bubbles, I knew the crew and Jerry had really extended themselves to make it work. The house looks terrific.

I would really recommend them to others. Their clean, dependable, extremely professional. I will us them again next year.

Jerry, the owner was a pleasure to work with. The quality and level of service was exceptional. His crew was courteous and detail oriented. It was clear to me that they took pride in their work. I would highly recommend working with the company.

Jerry was professional and courteous and made sure that his crew completed the work as promised. I was anxious to get my house on the market so they started the job right away and did an outstanding job.

I felt like we were low on the priority list was just about to give up on the company when they called and said they could fit us in. There were a couple communication glitches but it all worked out well.

The crew was very positive. I had picked up business cards from several painters at the home and Garden show. When I called Angie's list the best grade for any of them was a C. Angie's list gave me Jerry's name and it turned out great! Now the only popcorn in my living room is the kind I eat!

This was a great experience. He's personable. The estimate was very detailed. My fiance was very impressed. The numbers he came up with on the estimates are very reasonable. Recently, my fiance's mother died in May, so other things have taken priority. Also, recently became engaged, so we may be looking at other properties. If we hire out to paint - I bet we call Jerry.

He said he would come out sometime this week. He hasn't showed up.

I've used them before. The owner, Jerry, is trustworthy and very focused on customer satisfaction. He has many different teams, and he's good at matching the team he sends to my needs (he knows I'm picky). My house has never looked better. They are perfectionists, and I know from past experience that if there's any problem, they'll be back to fix it. I've used many painters in the past, and this is the only company I'll ever use in the future.

I looked at Stauffer's Painting website and saw there was an option to request an estimate via email. I sent an email and never received any response back. I decided to go with another company that was more responsive.

We had wallpaper everywhere (and apparently it was tough to remove!), and we are so glad that we hired professionals to remove it. They did an excellent job of patching any damage done to the walls prior to priming. The workers are courteous and clean up after themselves.

Very good experience. Prompt in returning calls and coming to give quote. Were able to start the job right away and completed the job quickly and professionally. Jerry, the owner, was very helpful and friendly and his crew took pride in their work. We have an outside job that we will definitely use them for.

Stauffer Painting was very professional in every aspect from the request for the estimate to the actual completion of the project. Jerry himself completed a final walk through inspection of the work with me. He is to be commended for his communication with the customer throughout the project. I would recommend his company for any interior painting projects. Clients will appreciate the professionalism and quality of work Stauffer Painting accords their customers. I received three estimates for my project (all from Angie's List references), one was double, and the other was triple! Jerry's bid was the most reasonable, and the quality of the work speaks for itself!

They did a terrific job, the house looks great. They finished the entire job in 3.5 days.

Stauffer's did a great job. Jerry called me back the same day that I called him and quickly made an appointment to give a free estimate. He was very responsive to calls and emails thereafter and promptly set up an appointment to do the work. Jerry came out on the first of the two-day project to get his painters started. The two painters were extremely pleasant and courteous and seemed very concerned with being careful in our home. They were timely in arriving and left the house in good shape when the work was done. We are very pleased with our experience and will hire Stauffer's again.

The repairs I needed done were very small, but Jerry Stauffer was very willing to do the work for me. He had the work done within a few days. We were very pleased with the whole experience. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a painter.

JERRY STAUFFER KEPT IN TOUCH WITH ME THROUGHOUT THE JOB. HE CAME, AND INSPECTED THE WORK ON COMPLETION, SOME MINOR IMPERFECTIONS WERE NOTED, WHICH HE HAD THE WORKERS RETURNED AND REPAIRED. HE ALSO REPAIRED A SCRATCH THAT THE DRAPERY PEOPLE MADE AT NO CHARGE.

I was very satisfied with the work done. Jerry was attentive, efficient, and professional. The prices were excellent, and the work was very high quality. I will definitely call him again--everything was fair and quick.

He had to come back to do some things over because the first person he sent had some trouble, but the second person fixed it. Everyone has problems; it's how you work them out. He also did something extra for nothing. We had a new home security system installed, and there were holes in the drywall. Jerry's painter spackled and painted them in two spots for nothing. Jerry is a nice young man, and he took my advice well. If I do any more painting, we'll definitely hire him.

They were able to start the work the following week and worked around my schedule. The two painters did an excellent job. One room was in pretty bad shape ahead of time and I felt as though the painters really wanted to make the room look nice. They were very careful and spent a lot of time prepping the walls and cleaning up the woodwork. They even offered suggestions for how to make the room look better. Unlike other companies, which often just want to get the job done quickly and have it look ''good enough,'' I felt like this company wanted me to be satisfied 100%. The painters critically inspected their own work and noticed/repaired flaws on their own (things I would not have even noticed). The owner also checked in (both via email and in person) to monitor the job and make sure I was satisfied. Overall, I was extremely pleased with them.
