Very well. They were always prompt, polite and hard-working. Got all the work done in a very reasonable amount of time. Were careful about not tracking stuff in the house and cleaned up after themselves everyday. Very satisfied with their work.

Showed up late to the appointment. I showed him the rooms & job, only 2 rooms and some touch up.He measured, etc and then said "I have your email, I'll send you a quote." Only after he left I realized he in fact did not have my email, but he did have my phone # and address. Never heard from him again.

Jerry Stauffer and his team did an awesome job. Everything went smooth as silk and the job was top notch.

The staining and color match was inconsistent. It took 3 weeks to complete a project that could have been done in less than a week. It also took longer than normal to schedule the work and to have the doors returned to me for installation. After they received the doors they said they would have to charge more because extra sanding was required.

Very professional, arrived on time each day. Always cleaned up before leaving for the day. Did a very nice job.

Jerry is extremely professional and so are all the people that work for him. They are fast, through, and pay a lot of attention to detail. The job went well any and every issue I had was corrected to my satisfaction. I personally had an issue with the way the door looked and Jerry was very accommodating to repaint it. All their work is top notch and I will certainly hire them again in the future.

Stauffer's did such an amazing job. I recently moved into an old Victorian home that needed a ton of work done. The original color of the house was yellow with gold and red accents, which I wanted changed. I also needed to get new storm windows put on, and the company recommended painting the house first so the storms would match and wouldn't need removed. With winter coming around the corner, I wanted to get the painting done quickly. Stauffer's got me scheduled quickly, and Jerry was so friendly and professional. While Stauffer's wasn't the lowest quote I received, they were definitely very reasonable and professional. The companies that did quote lower seemed like there would be contingencies and hidden costs, and weren't as highly recommended. The work was done in just a couple weeks, and my home looks amazing. It's now a beautiful dark blue with cream and tan accents.

Pretty good but after they left I realized they used a gloss paint on the trim in the entry way, the rest of the trim we had them paint in the kitchen and dinning room was semi gloss. Would have preferred to keep all the trim semi gloss. Painter showed up each day and worked hard to get the job done.

Did an excellent job treating mildew and pressure washed house for preparation of paint. Scrape and primed paint and bare metal with two coats of paint. Treated soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts, window trim, front porch, garage door and lintels over windows. Pressure washed patio too. When they were finished my 46 year old home looked brand new. Painters were always on time and professional.

A few months after the sealing, a heavy rain showed an area of the East side had not been sealed. Several calls always ended in Mr. Stauffer agreeing to come back and seal the area. However, two years later, they never have.

Jerry--company owner--is very easy to work with. It is obvious he wants the job done right. The painters did an excellent job in all rooms. We are very pleased and will be scheduling them again in the future!

It went very well. I have no complaints. A couple things needed correcting and they corrected them with no problem.

Based on the reviews from Angies List, I called the company to paint an interior ceiling and to caulk the exterior of the house. They arrived promptly to complete an estimate which I approved. I called several times requesting a date when they would be able to start the work with no response. I would have preferred if Stauffer Painting would have responded that they were not interested in the job so I could have looked elsewhere versus wasting my time with no response after multiple calls. Very unprofessional.

Jerry Stauffer was recommended by our carpenter/ remodeler for stair staining and painting job. Jerry was attentive to details and kept us informed about the time and process. He also provided us the right information about what this tedious job requires, steps involved and found innovative ways to keep the cost low. I would definitely recommend him and use his services for future painting/staining needs.

Jerry Stauffer was very good about keeping me informed as to when he could schedule my job. The two painters showed up on time every day. Both guys know what they were doing. The work was professionally done. They cleaned up each evening before they left,they even moved some of the furniture back into the great room at the end of the day so my wife and I could have a place other then our bedroom to sit. They said not to worry, they would move the furniture back out the next morning. coatsI would not hesitate to recommend Stauffers Painting System to anyone needing professional painting done neatly,quickly and at a fair price.

A day after I inquired about exterior painting for cedar shakes, Jerry Stauffer looked at the job, and I received an estimate the following day. The prep work turned out to be more extensive because the shakes were covered with loose paint. In some places 90% of the cedar shake was exposed in preparation for the stain. Also, some shakes were rotting and needed to be replaced, which involved removing and reinstalling a second story awning. John and Travis worked very hard and were very professional. Yes, I would definitely hire Stauffer's painting System again.

I originally purchased an Angies List special for $399 for two painters for 8 hours. I was doing some interior remodeling and was running short on time to finish before house guests were arriving. Jerry Stauffer was willing to expedite scheduling to fit me in and get the work done. I needed hallway, stairs and a bathroom prepped and painted. The detail and quality of the job was outstanding. I was so impressed that I asked Staffers to prepare a quote for painting the exterior of my house. It is a stucco and wood large two story home. His quote was completed quickly and was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done. I took a week to decide to go ahead, and he had me scheduled to start within two weeks after. They power washed the entire exterior, and hand scraped all the wood. They worked with me to get paint samples to match the trim to new gutters that had recently been installed. We also were provided with some color samples to pick the house color. The guys did a good job keeping things clean and picked up. They finished in 5 days. When I walked the finished job I noticed a few areas that I felt needed some additional attention. Jerry came out to the house and not only agreed with what I saw but found some additional things he wanted touched up as well. 3 days later the guys came back and took care of everything on the list and the house looks great. Jerry Stauffer was very easy to work with and always communicated exactly what was happening and when. He followed up after the job and made sure it was to his standards which was very impressive. I thought his prices were more than fair and I would not hesitate to use him again.

t'Bought a Big Deal from Angies List for painting on Friday, 9.18, money came out of my bank account right away. Owner of company reached out via Angie's List email that morning, asked for my email and phone number and then sent me a brief email the next day asking me if this was an interior or exterior painting job (I had described the job in detail when I purchased the deal). Today, 9.22 rolls around and still no follow up call or email regarding scheduling. I called the owner of the company, asked about scheduling, was told you're on the schedule just like many other people who bought the Big Deal are. There didn't seem to be a great desire to communicate on the part of the owner, just a desire to line up work through Big Deal cash and let customers float. The call ended with me expressing my dissatisfaction and him hanging up on me. It seems like the company has gotten in over its head with this Big Deal offer and can't even begin to communicate or property schedule the jobs. I
