Very well. When there were issues the painters were willing and able to accommodate our needs.

Good experience, crew was friendly and nice. Had some delays due to weather; however, job was completed with great satisfaction. Very pleased with company.

Our house looks brand new. We couldn't be happier! They were very professional from start to finish and did an impeccable job. We are getting many compliments from our neighbors. They even addressed our minor concerns very promptly. It's been nice to finally find a company that is competent and professional. They even allowed our little boy to watch, and answered his many questions.

We obtained estimates from two companies for the cleaning and moss removal from the roof of our detached garage. Both companies are rated highly by Angie's List. Stauffer's estimate was for $300, and they guaranteed removal of the moss. The other estimate was for $900 and stated in writing that they could not promise that the moss would be removed. Stauffer's did the job for the estimated price, and they did an excellent job. The roof cleaned up very nicely, and every trace of moss is gone. We were very well pleased with their work.

The finished product is first rate! The approximate cost is after the Angie's List discount.

SPILLED PAINT ALL OVER NEIGHBORS DECK AWNING AND TAPING UP CAR WITHOUT PERMISSION. STAUFFER TOLD NEIGHBOR HE WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT THIS SPRING (2007) BUT DID NOT AND WON'T RETURN CALLS.

Promptly kept the appointment to look at the house for purposes of providing an estimate. Said he would email an estimate, but it has never arrived.

The work done was not performed as discussed, additional rooms painted that were not required. We did have a problem with paint over work tops, furniture and floors, the majority was cleaned up, however, I am still finding paint splats on windows, bath tub and sinks. Not very professional. We did get additional rooms painted for free!

Workers arrived on anticipated days, always on-time. Were very neat and courteous and completed work to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to call again for any painting job. Excellent!

The workmanship is fantastic and they paid great attention to detail and were very tidy and kept the areas clean when working. The crew were extremely friendly and we were so pleased to have hired Stauffer's and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

It went great. Chris, the supervisor, was here everyday he said they would be promptly and friendly. He took great care and pride in his work and it truly showed. We added on a door to paint later in the project and they did a great job with our last minute request. They have come back to check and re-check to make sure the windows were all functioning well and touching up as needed. They were completely trustworthy and did a fantastic job. We've had many neighbors complement their work already.

Fantastic. I got 3 estimates. Initially I thought Jerry did not return a bid. I was about to initiate work with another painter, but Jerry called to follow up. He sent my estimate via email, and evidently I miscommunicated my address to him. We cleared that up and he resubmitted his bid... which was $300 less than any of them. Plus everyone else was not willing to start for well over a month. Jerry's crew started painting the very next week I accepted his bid. The was done thoroughly, and I am extremely satisfied with the result.

He sent another guy out to do the work. Didn't get here until the day was pretty much over with and kind of rushed the job.

Hired to remove wallpaper from my den, dining room and living room. Received an estimate that was a worse case scenario and if the work went smoothly then there would be an adjustment. There was an adjustment and the job/pricing was very satisfactory. Upon completion, I hired them to paint my den, dining room, living room, entry way and master bedroom. During the job, I discussed some additions with the painters that were outside the scope of the job. Upon completion Jerry met me at my house for a walk through and discussed the final bill with me. Overall, the job went smoothly and as time goes by you notice little things but I am very pleased with the work and price.

Jerry seemed to be a good guy, but has trouble with follow up. They banged our inside windows up pretty good getting out the storm windows. Jerry promised to fix it. His crew came out on the third time promised, yet left after a few minutes to work another job. They never came back. It has been months since. Also, the paint outside is already peeling less than six months after the job was finished. I am fairly certain they didn't prime as promised due to this peeling and uneven color which they had to paint over 4 times.

Jerry returned my call quickly to come to our home and prepare an estimate. Was able to get job done within the week, and right before Christmas! Chris and Chris covered the hardwood floors with drop cloths and swept the floors upon completion of their work. Overall I was satisfied with their work and recommend Stauffer's painting.

Jerry and his team went to extra lengths to clean the siding on one side of the house when they weren't able to power wash. They came back numerous times to clean the siding to ensure the job was done right and didn't request payment (almost 3 months later) until it was done to my satisfaction. Jerry was always professional and courteous.

The end results are very good. The paint looks great. He and all his employees are very professional. They kept the area clean. After they had finished I noticed that a small part of the carpentry had a minor problem. When I called Jerry he came out to inspect and took care of the problem right away. I am pleased with the work and would call them again.

The job went extremely well. The crew was very efficient and competent. They worked quietly and neatly in my home. The quality of the work was excellent.
