The detail work was impeccable. I found a woodpecker hole, which they fixed, no questions asked. They came in exactly at their estimate. I would highly recommend them.

I asked them to power wash the north and west sides of the home and they ended up doing the whole house for me. They did some of the dry wall work in the basement and they painted the basement walls. They did not show up when they said they would but they did show up on the days they said they would be here. They were not punctual. They did work hard and they did an excellent job.

They did a really good job. They were very clean and courteous.

Jerry game the estimate and turned the job over to Terry. Terry offered to paint suspended ceiling on the side. He had trouble with the sprayer equipment. But he made it work out fine

The painter that came out was extremely meticulous. Probably one of the most meticulous paint jobs we have ever had. Everything looks amazing. He was very detail oriented. They came out promptly and when they said they would.

Jerry was great to work with. Very responsive and his painter was a perfectionist. This was a bit of miscommunication about which woodwork was to be painted, but Jerry honored the quote and painted the extra trim for the same price. Daily cleanup was great. Showed up on time. Wonderful experience.

I asked Stauffers for a bid on my house. The addition is vinyl siding. He left off the vinyl siding on his first bid. (I question he came out to look at the house.) Then, I noticed about 1/4 of the estimate was for soffits and fascia. Other than one board along the roof line, my house is shaped like a box and does not have soffits or fascia. The roof is flush with the house. When I emailed Stauffers to question that line item on the estimate, they removed the word "fascia" but the amount remained the same. It would have been better had Stauffers just quoted a price for the entire project instead of allocating 1/4 of the price to paint something that does not exist on my house. I felt like I was being jerked around.

The job went extremely well. Bob Steele, the project manager handled the entire job and was completed in just two days. I happened to be home while he was working on the house, and he kept me informed if he found any issues or things he wanted me to be aware of. He was extremely polite and professional.

I had 4 months of delays because of Deed issues and the Realtor. Jerry (and Terry -One of the painter) did an incredible job of quickly and efficiently painting the entire interior of my house. They listened to what I wanted, gave me insight into colors I wanted, and gave me a beautiful house. I cannot thank Jerry enough for being patient as I waited to close and still sticking with his original quote. I would recommend Stauffer's Painting to anyone needing to get a painting job completed. The first painter I called looked at the job, but after two weeks, he had never given me an estimate or returned my phone calls. I called Jerry & he looked at the property & gave me an estimate within a week of my initial contact. The work started about 10 days later & took about 4 weeks to complete. I was out of the country for 3 weeks during that time, so when I returned the job was nearly completed. The list of additonal items I wanted done & added to the original estimate had been completed & were billed at a fair price. Any minor touch ups that were needed were completed immediately. My phone calls and emails to Jerry were always answered in less than 24 hours. Our old family home that had been wrecked by tenants had been returned to it's original beauty and was ready for the realtor to list.

After the job was completed, I found areas where they did not caulk. It makes me leery as to the quality of that aspect of the job. I reported it immediately but they have yet to come back out. I guess it is too late, now that the stain is on the trim. Kicking myself now for paying before it was done to my satisfaction.

Great communication. They let you know when they'll be there. And once they started, they worked long hours until the job is done. Very professional. You can tell they really care about the work. And as far as price goes, they were pretty much in line with the other estimates I got. I would definitely recommend them.

This job was scheduled with Jerry couple of months ago. Jerry, a bright young man impressed me when we met for the first time. He is very professional and knows his job well. It took close to four days to complete the job by two of his employees, Bob Steele and Alex Sherrell. Their names are worth mentioning as I am very pleased with their performance. Bob you have exceeded my expectation.

Overall it went very well. I deal with Jerry for the estimate which was modular but overall very competitive. We agreed during the job to add extract task and we were able to that at a resonable cost. I will go back to Stauffers Painting for future jobs, and I have already recommended Stauffers painting to my colleague at work

The first painter that came out was not cleaning up after himself so I talked to Jerry the owner and he got a new crew out and they were great. It was great that he listen to me and corrected the problem. No one is perfect, but they finished the job and were very good at keeping things cleaned up and the paint job was very good.

Jerry is very easy to deal with. He is responsive and prompt. Work was good quality.

They did great work, were here most of the days they promised-and were very nice, professional.

They had a coupon through angie's list. They were very polite.

It went great! Jerry showed up and looked over the project and emailed me an estimate which was much lower than the nearest competitor. Then I informed Jerry that we had a pretty tight deadline, which he was able to work around, and they ultimately got the job done on time. John (one of Jerry's employees) showed up on Friday morning and by mid day Saturday the job was complete. John did a great job! Jerry stopped by a couple times to make sure everything was going smoothly and we were happy. We made a couple changes to the scope of work and the price was only $20.00 higher than the estimate. The quality of the work and the price can't be beat. Our bathrooms look great and we would definitely hire Stauffers Painting Systems again.

It went very well. Jerry returned my call promptly and said that he would come out and then email an estimate. The estimate was detailed and professional. His cost was right in line with the other estimates that we received. We selected another contractor because he was local to our area, but that's the only reason.

Gerry, the owner, came out and checked out my entire house. Then he had told me he would send me a quote within 3 days on which he did. I called him back and negotioted the price to where we came to an aggreement and they started work by the upcoming Monday. The painters were as well very good. They knew what they were doing. I had a problem with some water in my bathroom and they took that entire portion of the wall out and redid it. They put plastic over my furniture and all then painted to make sure nothing went wrong. I was a little confused on my paint color so I kept changing colors but it did not bother them. They brought samples of the color so we could see how it would actually look.

I called several weeks before the work was actually done. There was a delay in getting started that I wasn't told about ahead of time. Also, now that a few months have passed, I see that the paint they used is not holding up as well as the floor paint that was used on the porch in an earlier job. If I had to do it over again, I would have done more research on the type of paints available, and then gone out and bought it myself. The other thing is, the paint that was used did not match the paint that was there to begin with. It didn't really matter much to me, so I didn't have the worker change it, but this is something that others might like to be aware of. I see that this company has a good reputation; it may just be that I didn't get the best worker assigned to my job.

I'm very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of their work. Scott managed the job and took great care to make sure it was done right. He spent an entire day on the power-washing and the results were better than I expected. I thought some of the vinyl siding was either stained or had faded but he got it looking like new again. He and the crew spent a lot of time on prepping the cedar prior to painting which is the key to a quality paint job. They repaired damaged boards then caulked all the seams and even the knots. They were very easy to work with and communicated well. The house looks great now. Highly recommended!
